First off location was perfect. Right by everything but quiet on the end. Staff 💗 was the best out my entire stay on Tenerife. The nicest most helpful from front desk to housekeeping. I’d stay anytime I’m in Tenerife.

A superb location, friendly staff and good facilities at a reasonable cost. The only 'downside' were some hidden charges in having to rent the safe in the room. Having said that would certainly consider staying there again.

The room looks like old, bad decoration The time to get an elevator in the morning is very long (10min) Very difficult to get to the parking as well

Great location near the brach and boardwalk. Beautiful hotel, nice pool. Spa is a bit expensive and the room are not huge but very good for price with balcony

When we arrived to our room the videt Was dirty. I cleaned it with a tissue and what ever it was it was brown( i think it was s#@#@#) and also there was hairs in the sink. We told reception and all they said was "really sorry". Only when we went the second time they offered a complimentary spa and a bottle of cava. This is not the quality of cleaning you expect for a 4* hotel.

Amazing hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location is perfect! If you want the best view, in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, this is the spot to stay. Can not wait to return!

I felt the staff were pleasant. The car park was quite expensive at 30€. The hotel is very dated, not at all like the photos very disappointing. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again.

Extremely well placed (in front of the only beach) and central, lovely hotel, amazing decoration and style. Good breakfast and decent dinner options. Extremely helpful staff, lovely sea view, probably the best hotel in Puerto de la Cruz you can find. Only parking is an issue, but that's not the hotel but the entire area suffers from lack of parking spaces.

Great hotel right near the water and close old town. We had trouble with getting wifi in our rooms for a couple of days and Maria at the front desk was super helpful in getting our rooms changed. We ended up getting a great view of Tiede (once the clouds decided to let us see it lol). Great breakfast buffets btw. Location is fantastic, and staff were always friendly. I’d stay here again easily.

Sparkling clean with an amazing Christmas display. Very helpful staff. I found the beds a bit too hard for my liking but otherwise excellent.

Stinky bathroom, horrible food, small room, no fridge or kettle, no extra blankets, old beds for a bad sleep.

Nice hotel beachfront setting , convenient for mums hospital treatment ten minutes walk- needed to move rooms as mum needed a bath and the original rooms had shower- I had requested a bath when we booked - and paid for a sea view but apparently there weren’t any sea view rooms with a bath so mum had to chose the view which was lovely or a bath it was a tough choice But she chose the bath so we moved rooms .. we still had sea view with shower

loved the hotel decor, space and staff. pool area was great, water was cold. a small fridge is badly needed for water etc.

We stayed 7 nights at Sol Costa Atlantis and we had no problems with anything. Every night was quiet and we could hear the waves. Is really close to the beach. We had half board and every night at dinner was something different and delicious. You could choose between fish, red meat, chicken or vegetarian. If you buy wine at dinner they will keep your bottle at the fridge writing a sticker with your room number and give to the next day. Big and clean room. The only thing that we didn’t like was the price of parking. So we went up to the hills near Cepsa Gas Station to park for free for about 10 minutes walking.

Nice inside and outside, room spacious with nice furniture and big mirrors. Modern everywhere.

Hotel was okay. The cleaning was inconsistent. Out of mine days, our room was cleaned 6 times, even though we had out the sign asking for cleaning every day. Every cleaning (except for two) happened after 2PM, which is very late and inconvenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, and their English was alright (not good, though). The city had very poor weather for most of our stay. Beware as this is normal for the north part of the island.

Property was okay as was the room and staff. They do have an excellent breakfast. However all other aspects are just okay.

Good centrally located hotel with major parking problem. On arrival we were informed that the car park was full. Later we learned that the car park was undergoing refurbishment. No idea which was correct. On street parking was impossible so we paid €30 a day in a nearby shopping centre.

The hotel and assocatied services were fine, no complaints there. The parking however was a nightmare on local streets. I would recommend taking the 15EUR a night parking UPFRONT from the hotel otherwise you will spend a large part of your holiday searching for spaces nearby or parking in expensive supermarkets as a last resort.

Nice hotel Wi-Fi slow but now tea tray in the room great. Bad bit car park was full had to go up the road in public car park which Im not happy about. Rooms need updating but they are clean.

We stayed five nights at this hotel very expensive and the quality of service is not there if your a non-smoker it’s not recommended to get an ocean view because people smoke on there balcony and the smell comes into the room The beds are rockhard not comfortable at all The towels are really old no softness whatsoever and got the same old towel every day we got a bottle of wine on arrival we didn’t drink the wine it stayed in the room for five days The sink did not have a plug that worked so you could not shave properly The breakfast on day one was really good but then the next four days there wasn’t much variety parking was a nightmare if you don’t pay the €12 per day you will have trouble parking we decided not to pay for parking and then requested a car spot on the Saturday night because it was so busy and they had none left we couldn’t make a phone call out from our room The experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel

Overall was good experience but for the 4 star hotel did expect more...no kettle for coffee or fridge in the room was surprising if you want to upgrade your room to the sea view for €25 per day you would have mini bar and coffee in the room...staff was very nice and helpful..they did left us surprise for my partners birthday day.. bottle of wine and cake which was very nice of them and thoughtful :)

Hotel was lovely. Enjoyed the evening entertainment. Only downfall is that the room didn’t have a proper double bed but two twins into one big bed. Room felt a bit dated too but clean and comfortable.

If I was to return to Tenerife I would definitely stay at this hotel everything in easy reach
