Hotel was great overall. The only complain is that the a/c unit was not actually cooling the room to the temperature it was set to. So it was a lot hotter than it showed.

First time staying at a Caesar’s hotel, plus attending a concert at their auditorium in Windsor. We will definitely return.

Place was fine. I wish I had a better view other than the side of a parking garage or air handler unit. Table game staff were very friendly and helpful with the games. Overall I would definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

For the price, it's really nothing special. $500 per night, with the resort fee and valet. Dirty glasses all over the hallways, elevator and elsewhere. Service was great at the front desk, restaurants and bars.

The rooms were very nice and reception did a nice job. But, there is a big shortage of restaurants. We couldn’t get dinner before or after our concert. Big disappointment. And NO room service either.

False advertising regarding the pool hours. We were told pool is open until 10 pm and a security guard named McDonald was turning people away when arriving for a quick dip by 9:40 and 9:45. They were making a show out of bringing security into pool area and telling people to get out of pool at 9:50
This was extremely inappropriate given we were told we could swim until 10 pm by front desk staff and the cost of the facility and resort fee are expensive. Very disappointing and we will likely not return.

Wonderful staff at check in. Needed a quick visit from housekeeping and they arrived in 10 minutes to fix issue. Comfortable bed and quiet - 12th floor Augustus Tower.

We had a wonderful stay! I was disappointed that the children could not go swimming because the pool was in the forum building that did not allow children. There should be an entrance or tunnel that would allow the children the access to the pool.

The room was below average for a casino hotel. Hand/body soap, shampoo and conditioner was horrible! It felt like it was still on me after showering. No microwave available and refrigerator was warm. Definitely NOT worth the money!

Went to Caesars Palace Windsor and stayed in room with two double beds for self and daughter. Beds were comfy and linens clean and spotless. Good size room in Augusta Tower on 18th floor with view of Detroit River. Saw Keanu Reeves and his band Dogstar at Caesar’s Coluseum. Had a great time.

After staying 2 nights the previous week, I came back. By mistake, I didn't book a water view room. I asked one of the managers to upgrade me as a courtesy. She would not, she insisted that I pay an additional funds (they were not booked up). This may be their policy however, if I had a customer come to my business and spend thousands, I would not press them to pay for an upgrade. I don't believe that I will be back.

Was a nice room with a view of the river. We came for a concert so it was a quick in and out but the hotel was very nice and located near the venue. We had fun playing in the casino.

One thing is i like it a little bit cooler while sleeping. The thermostat was preset to no lower that 68 i believe.

Prior to arrival I call the hotel to confirm I could check in at 3. Arrived after 3 and stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told my room was not ready. No hospitality room or anything for me to get ready to go out in. Had to prep in a handicap washroom. Stored my luggage. Returned to hotel at midnight only to have to fight with front desk clerk to release my luggage to me. Front desk staff not only rude but totally not trained in customer service. In the end the security man ended up apologizing to us and another member of staff took our luggage thru the casino. I wil never stay here again or recommend it, soley based on staff not on property. Its too bad a few bad apples ruined it for the rest.

Sounds silly but twice now the coffee station in the room was poorly stocked. Last time no coffee or any sugar etc. This time at least coffee but nothing else. Small thing but I’m a coffee person.

Great hotel. The soundproofing was much better than other places! I think this may be Canada verses US standards. Very clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly. Nice furnishings.

The hotel for family’s does not have any options, since everything is within the casino side. Such poor planning. People under 18 can’t use the pool or access the majority of restaurants. Self park is also far, and requires walking on road or through casino.

Convenient to stay on site for Concerts. Yet, Terribly inconvenient for accessibility and parking to checkin desk to tower and concert venue. Self parked. Traversed many stairs without escalator acees to casino floor which was required to walk through to check in and then back theough casino to tower. Then back theough casino to Concert etc. No main entrance really and many trips lugging luggage up stairs with no elevator or escalator to get to self parking bridge. Definitely get valet parking. Ask for tower on checkin and concert side.

Property is under construction so very very confusing to navigate & no digns to assist. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Early check in fee is absolutely ridiculous - I've never even heard of such a thing & i travel/stay in hotels at least 2x a month.
Valets, bellmen, concierge, & security staff were lovely. Helpful, kind, & accommodating. [Thank goodness]

Check-in was great. We stayed overnight fior a concert and found no issue finding a parking spot in the parking garage. Just note, from the parking garage, you must walk through the casino to the hotel registration desk which is on the opposite side of the casino, close to the coliseum entrance. A small luggage caddy would be handy to have with you for your bags.

Went for a concert and the whole experience was amazing! The valet parking was affordable and amazing service! Check in was easy and the room was very nice and the bed was amazing. The concert experience was even better, lines moved fast and drinks were affordable too! Wonderful experience overall!
