The room was large enough so we did not feel cramped, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The lighting was good and the heating and cooling was great. Everything was in walking distance local pubs, restaurants and casino.

The breakfast was terrible. The waffle mix was so watery it ran out of the waffle maker. When I told the employees they said it was fine. The orange juice was watered down, the little disks they called omelettes that were microwave were over cooked. They ran out of fruit salad. I asked for more and they said we have bananas wow. Coffee was terrible. The hotel is close to the bus station. So there is Alot of loitering around the hotel. The smoke detector was going off all night. We couldn't sleep. We asked the front desk attendant for a discount and she stated you must talk to a manager. We said ok can we please. Then she says she's not here. Wow how convenient.

We asked for a cot for our room as the pull out was going to be too small for our two kids. The cot wasn't a problem but he said we'd have to move from our suite to a one bedroom suite because of fire hazard regulations. That was fine but the room we were moved to was actually smaller than the one we were in originally. It made so sense. The cot could have fit in the bathroom of the first room there was so much room. In this one it blocked the door to the bedroom. Bizarre. Perhaps management could revisit the reasoning...

Good size suite and comfortable bed. Great location for exploring Windsor waterfront and city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful.

the rooms where nice and big and clean no issues there. love that check out is 12. staff was friendly, walking distance to Casino but for the price you would think they had a pool but they don’t. the worst part about the trip …the parking situation was horrible we had to park on the street luckily it was free after 6 to park but we had to feed the meter n we were lucky to find a spot at a meter, but when you pay for a room you expect parking to be included then they had no usd change when I needed change for the meter I would of had to get Canadian back the day we are leaving luckily meters are free on Sunday found this out after I woke up at 9 to put change in the meter cause the guy told me after 9 they charge he didn’t mention hey it’s Sunday so it’s free, then breakfast was horrible machines were dirty all close together so it was very unorganized trying to get through a huge crowd and it was not good at all don’t buy the breakfast if that’s an option

We arrived late and we're totally arrived that they did not have any parking left. This was frustrating because we had booked this hotel with the website indicating that it had parking on site. When we got there we were told to look for parking in the neighborhood. This is not exactly an ideal situation When You're Expecting parking to be available at the hotel. This is also a hotel where I would assume most people drive to so not very convenient. The other thing that I would want other consumers to know is that they use feather pillows. I didn't realize when I booked the hotel and it's totally fine. I would not have noticed this unless the gentleman who checked in with me was next to me because he was requesting non allergenic pillows. It was a good thing I overheard his conversation because my husband is also allergic to feathers
