Loved our double room and 2 bathrooms for 3 people. Love the location, and staff super friendly. Breakfast dull- wouldn’t eat there.

Service has always been excellent. the entire staff is friendly and helpful beyond expectations.

Overall, this premuim boutique property is the best value compared to luxury brands like Sofitel and Hyatt (where I also stayed). The pros: the premium quality has a lux-feel with contemporary decor, terrific location, excellent customer service, nice lobby area, breakfast is downstairs and included, and has a nice, high-quality range of foods. The room was very CLEAN. The bathroom has a bidet and shower, the room was also surprisingly quiet (we faced the street) with excellent blackout curtains. The cons: (I'm being nit-picky)The space is small and tight --but we were out all day--so it didn't matter too much. They are also a little too tight with how many towels they allocate to the room. I didn't ask if I could have more and I'm sure they would have given them if I had asked... Of all the hotels, based on price for value, I would highly recommend this property above the others where we stayed.

This property needs some urgent upgrades and renovations. Only the showers are up to par. Floors and walls are in bad condition. Internet is only available in certain areas at a very low speed. The hotel crew otherwise is very nice and willing to help.

The hotel is beautiful . Breakfast was very good and the location was walkable to the mausoleum and shopping. Unfortunately , the little coffee pods in the room were not free which was very surprising but we had complimentary wine.

Lovely staff. Very helpful and bilingual, or more, for most part. Bedrooms small. Chairs used throughout facility very uncomfortable and don’t fit under table in bedrooms, making it harder to navigate room. Breakfast very good with good variety of sweet and salty options. Location excellent although Avenida Callao is very busy at all hours so earplugs for sleep are a must.

We always stay here when in Buenos Aires. Walking distance to our favorite restaurant and more.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. We chose it for the location and were very happy. The front desk staff were so helpful and always ready to give directions or suggestions. All spoke very good English. There was a nice breakfast each morning on the lower level. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bathroom was spacious--some minor wear and tear was visible, but overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend CasaSur in Recoleta.

The location is amazing. So safe recoleta is so beautiful and there’s so much to do. The hotel is great for sleeping and being in and out of the area of the actual hotel it’s small so if you plan on being there all day it’s not really like a great place to hang out. Some negatives that I blame Expedia for I guess because the reception told me it wasn’t guaranteed was getting a room upgrade and receiving a free bottle of wine. Also when we were there the spa was closed for two days. To make up for it they gave us two free water bottles. Overall it was good maybe a little over priced that staying in a apartment. The breakfast was ok just small basic stuff you would get at a extended stay here in the states. Expedia told me I was a gold member so I got all these perks I showed the receptionist this and they stayed that wasn’t true because it wasn’t available. So I would give this place 3.4 stars because it’s only a 4 star hotel.

Safe, welcoming hotel in a great area. Very walkable to sights, restaurants, parks. My only complaint is that the rooms are not well lit. Overall a good choice.

A beautiful boutique property situated perfectly in the Recoletta neighbourhood. Close to great shoppin, dining and attractions. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The property was lovely. Very modern with beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, especially in regard to dining options and reservations, shopping, tourist info and transportation.

Best location, amazing rooms and great staff

Great position and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the infinity pool looking over the water and our very spacious room. Delicious breakfast bar. If you wanted to nit pick you could say some of the fittings could do with refurbishment. Overall a very enjoyable stay once you overcame getting to Colonia and the queues that entailed

Every thing OK

It is location is perfect, near to many places to go. But doesn’t have any facility and the restaurant is very simple. The bathroom is super good and my room had a lot of space.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Staff was super helpful. If you stay over on a Saturday you get a free 3 hr city tour!

Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful! I really appreciated that those spoke English and were very welcoming. Location is easy to find and easy to walk around Recoleta and other neighborhoods.

Maid service was bad. Electrical outlet not working and even with r reporting it wasn’t fixed. Rate is too high for the size of room and facility. Location is good

I have traveled to over 35 countries throughout the world and this hotel is by far the BEST we have encountered! Service is outstanding and room is spectacular...wish we had more than 2 nights here. Great location as well..very safe area and close to attractions.
