We booked a suite because there were three of us. They only had one face cloth and two towels in the room. We were using the pull out bed and they only had one sheet and one blanket on it and no additional blankets were in the room. They rectified this the next day however, these supplies should have been in the room for us as we did book a suite for a reason. They also only had 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper made available. I feel this was poor planning in their part. There was no water bottles in the room and no cutlery etc, etc though they had a fridge and microwave in the room. These are small things but when added together are much larger and would not have cost them much to provide to us.

I stayed here for two nights when I was in Dartmouth for a professional training. I didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities due to my schedule but my room was large, comfortable and very clean. Lots of parking. Very close to shopping and food. I would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service at the front desk, dealing with them was a breeze and they were so accomodating when we ran into an issue, we had a great stay and we loved the hotel staff, the location and the really great breakfast that was served.

The stay was great, staff amazing, unfortunately found food under the bed ( popcorn and not sure what else ) luckily I had wipes on me and was able to clean the mess. Other thrn that the room was spotless .

My kids wanted to rate it 10 stars, they had so much fun. The waterslide was a huge hit. We fit our family of 6 comfortably in the "2 Queen Beds" room, there was even room for our large stroller and a playpen.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Check in and out we’re both smooth. The restaurant attached is fantastic.

It was a nice hotel and welcoming staff. I didn’t get to have breakfast as I was up and checked out by 4am. The pub down stairs was nice. Staff was very nice to patrons and food was great.

Lots of kids in the hotel for labour day weekend made me realize that soundproofing could be better. Room is spacious. Expects long waiting time for the elevator and breakfast at morning rush hour.

Good value for money - large room. We were on the 3rd floor and found the upstairs crowd noisy - otherwise satisfied with our experience.

Great hotel and courteous staff. It was clean and location close to Halifax. Delicious hot breakfast with ample seating. Guests were allowed to take breakfast to their rooms if seating not available.

The property was good! My only suggestion is to provide microwave in the rooms. I did not check it with the property before checking it in and that caused a lil inconvenience

I was not happy with restaurant I ordered chicken Parmesan and they brought out seafood linguine I gave it back because I don’t like seafood , they said it would take approximately 20 min to get something but I was too hungry so told them it was fine I didn’t want anything but they still charged me for my wine , which I felt should of ended up complimentary and the waitress was taking the tips off the table while some others were still paying for there meal
