This place is cozy and nice without too many children and unhappy families. The geese are a little too comfortable though.

Incredible resort with access to the other Hilton properties nearby. The grand scale and the beauty of the pools and walkways took our breath away! You could spend endless hours exploring it all. Our room was well appointed, we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Staff were helpful and friendly. Maid service could be more thorough. Would most certainly stay here again.

Our Overall experience is very pleasant. It’s just the room is not completely clean. Still have sands in the living room floor.
But, my children enjoy the Super Pool.

This property is definitely worth checking out. Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was friendly but not accommodating to any request we made. Many other properties give a little wiggle room for late check out, room changes, etc.
There should be free coffee in the lobby at breakfast time and/or a punch in the lobby at check in.

We just had one night here, but wished we had more. Great room and property. Kids would’ve stayed in the lagoon the whole time, if they could’ve. Will stay here again, if we’re ever back in Kona.

We were over the top pleased with this Hilton hotel...everyone was wonderful and the grounds were beautiful.
My one comment would be that there are no signs saying it's the Hilton - GPS brought us right to the door - but had to ask if we were in the right place.

Overall we had a good stay ..was disappointed we lost a night of good sleep due to one bed smelling ( will leave it there) we did end up being moved which was a hassle in itself but once we settled in it was a nice stay.

This property is amazing. Lots of room in the condo. Clean, modern and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful and the clubhouse dining is delicious and affordable. Simple drive to everything you’d want to do. FREE parking too! Best property we’ve stayed at on the Big Island. Skip the hotel rooms in Waikaloa and go with this one instead. You won’t be disappointed.

It’s a secluded area it’s clean and safe pls note that this is not in a main property of Hilton you have to drive to get to the big swimming pools and restaurants no restaurant in the premises.

I love this area, but people should know there are many things that are not walkable. If you want to take a walk, it’s great if you want to get something pretty much need to drive. Also, the Internet is terrible, and the television is limited we go there to snorkel so it’s close enough to our favorite spot and it’s great to have a condo, the cleaning service was sketchy maybe because Hilton staff was on strike and some places it would’ve been great of them for us better about this

Everything about kings land was great. The only negative really was the breakfast buffet was not good at all and not worth $25/pp in my opinion. Other than that, great service and awesome amenities. We would stay again and just avoid the buffet.

This property is great for families or if you need more than one bedroom. These are like condos and have kitchens. Nice rooms, equipped with most of the things needed including washer / dryer in the unit. The property grounds were very nice, multiple pools and barbecues. You can also use all of the facilities at the main Hilton property, which is staggering in size. Overall very nice resort.

Our stay was two weeks. We loved that our room had a full kitchen and laundry, it was quiet. had a private lanai, a nice view, access to pools, and shopping and beaches nearby. The front desk and pool towel workers at the main pool were great! The secondary pool had no towels most of the time, so we had to drive to get towels, but our biggest negative was that room cleaning was a little subpar, particularly the floors and the shower, and one time our washcloths were removed without replacing. The last time our room was cleaned, it was swept a little better. The fire alarm went off the day before we left, so the sprinkler system flooded a room a few doors away and the rooms below, but the workers seemed confused. Training workers on what to do in this situation and communication with hotel guests is highly recommended. Otherwise, we had a great time there.

Room is big for 2 beds, good condo floor plan for family stay. Staff is ok, seem a little stressed from the busy schedule. Service is great offering us gratitude room after check out and used the pool. Really nice. Thank you!

Everything was beautiful! Clean room and amazing view with wildlife and refreshing pools. Too bad we only had one night in town… we’ll be back for a longer stay in the future. Highly recommend!

The only thing we didn’t like was the air vent in bedroom blew right on our bed. They sent someone up to adjust it but didn’t make a difference. Next time we’ll just cover it with a towel. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying at this property and is now our 'go-to' spot when visiting the big island. The 2 bedroom condo is perfect for a week stay for a family of 4 - well stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, daily housekeeping service. The pool area is relaxing and clean and beautifully landscaped. The property is close to good beaches for snorkeling. We will definitely be back!
