We stayed in one of the Level rooms which was lovely, albeit a bit hot. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 was the service in the Level lounge. It was great one evening, but a bit inconsistent the other.

The hotel room was nice but a few strange things…bathroom had leak in the sink and toilet didn’t flush well. Coffee maker didn’t work.

I stayed at Meliá Düsseldorf for a week and it was fantastic, the breakfast was really good and the Level lounge was amazing.
The straff was super kind, location of the Hotel was good and the parking garage was really good.

Overall disappointed.
Air conditioning non existent. Which led to a poor nights sleep. Shower head wouldn’t stay in place.

great location, grat staff behing the desk and same quality service in the restaurant. just one remark, we were in the hotel last week two times. the first room had an issue with the safe and few things missing in the bathroom like kleenex.
in the second one, towels were missing and again kleenex too.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel, it was a perfect location to get wherever we needed to go. But our favorite was the scrambled eggs during breakfast. We're not sure what they do to the, but they were delicious! Great staff, super helpful, and the rooms were very comfy, exactly what we expect from Meliá hotels.

Very good location, close to main transits and city center. With a nice park right across from the hotel.

Imagine paying for a suite and getting a regular room instead. The hotel downgraded my room for the first night and refused to compensate me. They said they couldn't refund the difference, but after I insisted, they finally refunded a small amount. During my attempts to resolve the issue, one of their representatives was extremely rude.

Modern hotel but the service at reception was incredibly slow. If they were efficient it would have made my stay far more enjoyable

Very good location for the bars and restaurants in Düsseldorf. About 10mins walk to the altstadt and 15mins to the river. Hotel is immaculate. Great facilities. Only €20 from the airport as well in a taxi

WiFi did not work during my whole stay. I asked for it to be checked or my room to be changed and got nothing. Messed up my schedule and business meetings I needed ti take over Zoom. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel was brilliant and especially the staff in the front Bar, the lady from Chile was magnificent in looking after our group for 3 days. Priceless service all round so well done....something which other hotels should learn from !!!

Good room size and shower, excellent bed - one of the best of all hotels I have used.
Good location, quiet near park - very nice Italian 150m up the road.
Parking under the hotel. Wifi was good enough.
Didn't take breakfast (26 Euro).
Walls are thin. Woken at 08:00 be repeated slamming of neighbouring door which literally shaked the bed.

Special thanks to Melia hotel and specially to Sophia V .. from the check in process including an upgrade , to basic chores by housekeeping and aqua restaurant , Melia was a great choice.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and quiet. Parking of the hotel is quite small and we had no place so had to go to a public parking around the corner. Check in was not too friendly but later on we had a better service.
Overall a good hotel and close to the city center.
