Charming hotel in the heart of Queretaro!

Perfect location and very beautiful hotel!! Will definitely go back!

The only thing I didn’t like was the room had no windows, therefore it was very warm. Luckily there was a ceiling fan to circulate the air.

Un hotel bonito, agradable pero un gran punto en contra es que no tiene estacionamiento y la pensión que ellos te recomiendan cuesta $100 or cada 12 horas.

Arriving from the outside I started to worry and said oh no but going through the door and seeing my name on the notice board things went swimmingly after that. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great and informative. I would stay again!!!

I consider my staying at Moss Hotel & Spa very enjoyable. The location was amazing, the staff were very cordial and the Continental Breakfast was considerably tasteful. It was a short, but comforting experience!

Great location, very close (walking distance) to historical center, bars and restaurants, a parking lot would've been great, I had to park 3 blocks away. Staff was friendly, rooms were really nice, pretty and clean, although really hot! Only ceiling fans are available in the rooms, we had warm days on our visit to Queretaro so the rooms were very, VERY hot. And last, but not least, the king mattress was extremely hard/firm, very uncomfortable.

There was street construction going on when we got there, which made us a bit wary, but the hotel is delightful . The place is so pretty we took pictures of it! Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is not far from a delightful plaza. I'd stay here again!

Very nice and cozy boutiques hotel with spa . Ornament in hotel is unique and detailed . They had welcome board at entrance and it is very small thing but made me feel happy. Also welcomed with mint water . Let us chose organic soap at reception for our use . You should experience spa if you stay here ! They have skillful masseurs and great jet bath ! History about burro azul added flavor to our trip as well!

This was a good place to go, at first we couldn't t] find it but when we did, it was a nice place. It's very close to the center of the city and the place it's really comfortable and makes you feel like home the decoration is awesome and I will definitely go back. The staff where really helpful.

Terrible place, more of a youth hostel than a hotel. Definitely not three star. Communal kitchen. My room was a monk's cell. No windows. A bed that required walking sideways to get in. An armoir that was 1 1/2' x 2' with 3 wire hangers. No windows. No light. A door that went out to an interior courtyard, made to look so welcoming in their photos. I had booked 9 nights. Upon arriving, they charged me for the 9 nights, without my even seeing the room. Checked out the next morning, one night. The person in charge did not know how to issue a credit. I called the hotel the following morning and was told it was Expedia's problem. I called Expedia. They said it was Burro Azul. They called Burro Azul and Burro Azul told Expedia they didn't have any money. I have begun a billing dispute with Burro Azul, expecting a credit for the eight nights I didn't stay there. I wrote them two emails. Neither of which were answered.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Located on first floor across from kitchen, there was some noise in the morning. Breakfast was tasty. One sour note, though....there was no hot water in the morning. I only stayed one night, so can't say that's all the time.

La mansion is a small, rustic and comfortable hotel. It has everything you need ,except parking. The hotel is under construction, so it's kind of inconvenient in the morning when workers start their job. The rooms are comfortable. Staff is excellent. They were very helpful in every way possible. Our room ran out of hot water (shower). The water was barely warm enough to take a shower. I loved their mint water (complimentary). The rate was reasonable too. My group booked three rooms and all family members loved this place.

Such a cute little hotel. We were welcomed with our name on the board. Made it feel so personal. Rooms decorated very traditionally which fit right in with the Historical district the hotel was located. Staff was very friendly and gave great ideas where to visit and dine. Just a few minute walk from stores and plazas. Would definitely stay again if we return to Queretaro.
