This place was definitely a good family resort location, but in our case, a little bit out of the way from the center and the airport. Otherwise, a fantastic resort specially for families

Hotel was nice, room was large and clean. We enjoyed the quiet pool. Issues we had was the room was right next to the elevator room and it was very loud throughout the room, tgey shut it down at night, but didn't make it less annoying during the day and a call at 8:30am while I'm on vacation trying to sell packages wasn't great. Also, food at the bar/grill was good.

It was very nice for young children and the rooms were very large. It was also an easy route to Disney World.

We booked way in advance and requested a high floor. When we checked in, they were going to give us the six floor. We told them that we requested a high floor and the receptionist acted like it was such a big deal went to her managers office and came back and we got two floors up out of 15. Other people we spoke with had just gotten a room and they were on the high floors.

Close to Disney and wonderful staff.

Very nice, extra clean and friendly hotel! Front desk people super nice, the rooms are spacious and well stock. The pools and jacuzzis, very nice maintained. We have everything we needed to enjoy an excellent stay, from BBQs, to washers dryers. Highly recommended hotel

Customer service upon check in wasn’t very welcoming, water leaked through my ceiling the first night we were there management credited my resort fees and maintenance brought towels, I asked when checking in for a high floor and I was given the 9th floor and told there weren’t any other rooms available but after the water leaked in the room I was offered the 12th floor but I was already unpacked and declined the offer. I won’t be back

Nice clean property

Trip was amazing, comfortable, beautiful. Me and my husband booked the 1 bedroom suite for his birthday and saw fireworks from our 8th floor balcony and it was beautiful, Overall it was an amazing experience.

This place was not up to par at all. Sure typical things like noise fine not even going to bay an eye about that, however, the constant harassment about showing up a time share lecture (including waking our one and five year old up not once but twice and calling our personal phones) the amenities were dirty. Band aides and napkins in the pool. Our swim suits came out dirty after being in the pool, our five year old cut herself twice as well. Not even the cake about the pool— wild life and not geckos but a raccoon in the trashes at night which we had to grab our one year old over as we didn’t realize there was a raccoon and a rabbit both on the pool deck. Incidental fees that make zero sense and leave a bad taste. Room skipped over for cleaning when they saw us leave. The only perk was the fridge/freezer as we have a very picky eater and the washer and dryer with the infant. Needless to say we’d rather just pay the extra money and stay somewhere better. Definitely will not be back.

Loved everything

We returned to this property after staying here two years ago. We loved it both times. The suites sizes are very generous and updated. The suites include a fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom,living room,bathroom, and balcony. The grounds of the property were well kept. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the activities and modern kids center. You can also request a room facing the Disney park and watch the fire works at night. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend.

Lovely hotel and great views and facilities. The only thing letting it down is people by the pool playing their music loud as if everyone wants to listen to it.

Very good Location, pool area is amazing, spacious room and very cleaned..But check-out is too early..For the night price not to many resorts benefits such as breakfast and vouchers.
