overpriced - uncomfortable rooms, terrible food and dishonest staff

Comfy, clean and super convenient for the NEC. Beware that parking is extra - I may have missed that in their info, but the extra £15 was a bit of a surprise. Buffet brekkie is good.

Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful, room was large enough. Bed was hard not enough pillows so had to ask for more, quilt was very thin, (more summer quilt than suitable for time of year) and was smaller than the bed, so not suitable for two people comfortably. But all in all an ok stay and would stay again if going to NEC as perfect walking distance and ok for 1 noght atay

The young gentlemen at check-in was very professional. He made the whole arrival process trouble free. The staff in the bar/restaurant were also very polite and helpful. The late night team on the return from our event were also very friendly. We’ll be returning!

Weekend break away to go to the motor bike show at the NEC, great location and a great price. Only downside was no restaurant menu in rooms so didn’t bother eating there as didn’t want to go down to find I didn’t like the options settled for a meal at the NEC

Helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast, big thanks to Narinder for cooking perference on request. Sofa bed wasnt so comfy and could do with bottles of water in the room. Good location, 5 mins walk to the NEC and trains station. Would recommend and stay again.

We arrived and waited quite a while at reception for issues to be sorted with key cards not working and confusion over customers breakfasts before we were finally seen. I'm not sure what the point of checking in online beforehand was because my details had to be taken again. Three of us ladies stayed in a room together and we were impressed with the size of our room. So much space and surprised to have two proper double beds rather than one being a double sofa bed. Hairdryer in the room, excellent. Only downfall of the room for me was how chilly the room was and how long it took to heat up. Nice and quiet stay. Clean room. Beds nice. Very roomy shower with soaps provided. Although must say the smell of the bodywash wasnt great. That's just my preference. Checkout easy, just pop keycards in the box.

Overall it was a good stay. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower, and decent breakfast. Only mention would be the stains in the room carpet and loose tile in the bathroom, and the extra charge of £15 for parking which I dont recall being mentioned when booking.

Hotel was great. Perfectly located for the NEC. Room was very clean, pillows were below par. We asked for extras as we both woke up with neck ache. Breakfast was fine on the first day. The second morning was disappointing. I had to have my breakfast ing 4 sittings because there were no hash browns, sausages or bacon

Easy check in. Pleasant receptionist who said we only had to ask him, if we needed to. Room very clean, carpet clean, bedding lovely and towels thick, clean and smell super too. Kettle, mugs and complimentary tea and coffee. Blackout curtains and very little noise from outside. Walkable to the airport, 5-10 minutes (with a big case). Glad we booked and are back at the end of the week

I tried contacting the Hotel via the Hotels.com app and also via email when they emailed regarding check-in to advise them of our late arrival/flight and to ask for clear walking directions to the Hotel from the airport. There's wasn't any reply or acknowledgement and upon arrival, despite my efforts, the night duty staff had not been informed and seemed surprised to see us at such a late hour. The room itself was clean, but dated, with signs of age related damage, particularly to the bathroom and shower floor. Also, for a location near an airport, the outside noise bleed into the room was quite high, which I suppose is also age related. It served the purpose and I've definitely stopped in worse.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast items ran out and took a while to replenish. Also, there's a £15 car park fee which isn't mentioned on the booking confirmation or on here. Ridiculous.

Was taken aback how Clean the room was

Room fine, bed comfortable and everything was acceptable. We included breakfast in our stay but were not once questioned on the two mornings we were there if we had booked/paid for a breakfast (not checked in) in fact anyone could have walked in and helped themselves and nobody would have been none the wiser. On our second evening meal we decided to have a starter before our main meal, it was all bought to our table at the same time so had to ask the waiter to take our main course back while we ate our starter which took a while as he didn’t seem to understand.

Not great. A bit old and shabby. Unfortunately there was no hot water so couldn’t shower or wash my hair. No apology or compensation offered. The phones have been removed from the rooms and number advertised for reception doesn’t connect. I had to google the hotel! Crazy. No apology for coming to my room at midnight trying to sort the hot water which was a hotel-wide issue. Breakfast not great, everything very budget but the cold water was the main dampener.

Was attending a convention at NEC, and needed somewhere to rest. Convenient and relatively close to the Halls. Breakfast was good. Typical standard with ibis, reliably clean and comfy. There is parking but I didn't need it.

Stopped here to catch an early flight, walking distance to the airport, comfy bed and the buffet breakfast was really nice.

Rooms on small side, not much hanging space. Only had 1pilliw each but did request another. Not enough tbags or milk . Outside our room 142 was some some of generator that made a droning loud sound thst could be heard even above TV . We couldnt sleep all night and was tired at the start of our holiday to Mexico instead of being fresh and relaxed 3 mins away from airport !!

Parking was easy the room was clean and tidy and breakfast was excellent. Good place to stay at an excellent price

Stayed here after returning on an evening flight. Signage at the station is not obvious and then when I followed the sign posts one seemed to send me in slightly the wrong direction, meaning that instead of straight on, I went round the back of a factory. Not great in the dark! Got to the hotel, told the receptionist about the sign, which seemed to confuse him. Pretty sure nothing will be done about that sign! Got to my room, wanted to relax, however the TV remote didn't work. Told reception, who bought a replacement which again didn't work. Third one worked. Horrible carpet in the room which had curvy lines on it and made me think I was going to step on a cable when I entered the room! Also strange bike related decorations. Room was comfortable though, staff generally friendly and breakfast was decent.
