L'albergo è in posizione strategica con le vie centrali ed i luoghi di maggior interesse; ampia scelta nei dintorni di ristoranti/taverne etc. Stanza silenziosa, molto pulita, finemente arredata con attenzione ai dettagli. Letto comodo. Qualità dei prodotti bagno (doccia/bagnoschiuma). Colazione con buona scelta salato/dolce. Buona la caffetteria. Piscina piccola piccola sul terrazzo ma sufficiente per un momento di relax dopo una giornata di camminamento. Personale molto accogliente e cordiale. Abbiamo prenotato taxi per l'aeroporto presso l'albergo: servizio ottimo e puntuale, taxista super cordiale.
E' stato un soggiorno breve ma, francamente, nulla che non fosse di mio gradimento

Desde a chegada, o atendimento do rececionista foi pouco profissional e desagradável. O quarto apresentava um odor forte de desinfetante e, para meu espanto, encontrámos baratas durante a noite.
Ao comunicar o problema à receção, não houve qualquer iniciativa para resolver a situação. A presença de baratas num hotel é inadmissível e representa um sério risco para a saúde.
Exijo uma explicação e a tomada de medidas imediatas para corrigir esta situação.

Hotel en una esquina al lado de la entrada principal de la ciudad, para visitarla va perfecto, ya que estás suficientemente alejado para evitar ruido y céntrico a su vez. Desayuno muy completo
El gimnasio está literalmente destrozado, se nota que compraron las máquinas y el material y luego 0 mantenimiento.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé petite rue tranquille qui donne sur la belle place animée du haut de la rue Réplique et de sa belle fontaine.Les hôtels situés en bas vers le port, doivent remonter toute la rue en soirée pour être proche des animations, chanteurs sur la place, concours de beauté, illuminations fontaine et remparts.Nous étions au 6 ème avec vue sur la ville magnifique.Literie très confortable, 2 bouteilles d'eau tous les jours offertes, café et thé avec machine expresso.Frigo dans la chambre, brosse à dents, chaussons, et nécessaire toilette.Le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner complet avec salé et sucré, le jus d'orange n' est pas pressé, mais très bon rapport qualité prix.Un petit bassin sur le toit accueille max 6 personnes.Souvent occupé, mais nous avons pu tout de même en profiter 2 jours dans la semaine, entre 2 balades.Il manque peut être des parasols...Bien sur avec un bassin plus grand il semble que cet hôtel pourrait être parfait! mais la structure ne le permet pas.Nous sommes allés au spa avec bassin très long qui est à la place de la fontaine donc tout près.Bref hôtel au top, pour sa situation, le confort de la chambre et son rapport qualité prix.
Pour chercher le détail, peut être serait il judicieux d ajouter 1 parasol sur la terrasse côté piscine.

Just a couple of small details. There were several curtain hooks missing in the bedroom which made it look a little scruffy and the towel rail was hanging off the wall. Minor things which so easily could have been sorted. Perhaps owners are not even aware. Other wonderful stay.

The location was very central. We walked almost everywhere. It was near museums, shops, the Co-Cathedral and plenty of places to eat. The whole area was wonderful to look at and everywhere was very clean.
The small pool could have been heated and there could have been lighting on the terrace by the pool.

Lekker ontbijt, niet overdreven uitgebreid maar verschillende soorten groenten, fruit, brood, charcuterie, boterkoekjes, koffie, thee, honing, confituur.
Het kleine zwembad was een pluspunt bij het boeken van dit hotel. Wanneer je na een snikhete dag rondwandelen in het hotel aankwam, was een duik in het frisse water deugddoend.
Ruime kamer, met ensuite badkamer. Kleerkast, safe, goede matrassen, degelijke hoofdkussens, airco...
Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een echte aanrader

The staff at reception were kind and provided excellent service. Nice, clean room with comfy beds and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of different dishes to choose from varying items every day during our four nights stay. Staff in the breakfast room were attentive. The hotel is in a very central, but quiet location, close to many sights and the main bus station. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay at this property again.

The hotel was very close to city centre, room was clean and I love the design of the hotel.
The pool is very small and not very clean. My fiancé wanted to swim a little bit in the morning but he changed his mind when he saw the pool.

The reception staff was very helpful and cooperative. During my stay i met two mens and young lady. All of them very very sympatric. They are the face of the hotel.

Sheets were not clean the first day, the breakfast is limited and there is no local food only continental (bread, egg, orange juice (not natural) , coffee , some vegetables, one salad fruit)

The hotel has very good facilities for a 3 star hotel. Swimming pool (small one) on the roof with terrace, gym, breakfast restaurant and bar/lounge. Rooms were clean and offered mini fridge and safe. Bed was comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. Location was great. Not too far from the main streets and shops/restaurants (not even 5 minutes) but far enough to avoid the noise of the crowds. You could explore Valetta easily on foot. Hotel is located at a higher point of Valetta, but the road to the centre is not uphill.
Breakfast: Bread rolls and pieces of cake were sometimes a bit dried out. Most probably because they were displayed on the buffet since early morning.
