Nice place, closer to the lake. The room was nice, but the bathroom needed some work. The taps were half-broken and the water pressure was too low. The staff were super friendly and so welcoming.

Great location near the beach & good restaurants, and the rooms are large. However, our room had serious mold causing us all to get sick. The shower also had mold and was nothing more than a shower curtain, causing water to get all Over the floor and our toddler to slip and get hurt.
There’s also bed bugs. This hotel needs to do some serious remediation and cleaning for the safety of guests.

Lovely place ideally located for the beach by lake Como, not too much in the way of shops around but there is a bar next door where you can get food and drinks, ideal for us and while it's a bit dated the place is lovely and clean, great views and the staff are all super friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again

Was with my daughter. We enjoyed our stay in all aspects. The staff are very warm and cordial. The managers are looking after us attentively all the time and offering us courtesies of various types of extra services whenever possible... We felt at home and we are looking forward to revisit this hotel again... We would like to thank the hotel for giving us a memorable stay...

I booked the The Park Hotel at the last minute bc the VRBO apartment was not actually a thing. Regardless, it is an affordable option in a spectacular setting. It's safe, clean and conveniently located. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average.

Disappointing! The hotel is extremely old, dirty and smelly. The pics you can see are not even close to what you actually get! To say we paid £200 per night in low season is a rip-off. Go elsewhere, you will regret otherwise.

It was the best breakfast option we had in Italy, the rooms were alright, parking onsite for 12 euros extra per day. the richness of breakfast with the halal option made up for everything else.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind. They helped us find a nice restaurant for the evening. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. There's a private parking for you car and the rooms are spacious.

Would have stayed a couple of days longer if they gave me one of the many empty lake view rooms. Wouldn’t have cost them any more.

Honestly loved the hotel and the staff at the hotel. Very professional. Room was so clean. Breakfast was wonderful. View was outstanding. Definitely will stay again and will recommend everyone to stay at the wonderful place.

Nice hotel with lake view, private parking and easy access to the lake. Nice restaurants near by. Wonderful breakfast for 7 euros per person, parking 12 euros per day.

The view from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay (2 nights). There's a nice passage by the lake. Breakfast was very good, especially cappuccino! The staff was helpful at the desk. There's a little market about 500 meters away, which was convenient. The train station is 100 meters but there is no person at the office. The train comes every hour or every two hours. We took a train to Varenna Esino and walked to the Villa Monastero/Botanical Garden. It was very nice.

Great view from room, fantastic breakfast. I don't know if it was full but the rooms around us were very noisy well into the late night.

Loved the location, very close to Lake and train station.
The bathroom was missing the ceiling in parts and water was dripping on to the clean towels.
But we did have extra towels so did not complain

I actually did not stay at this hotel, the had to cancel and offered me a room in another of their properties, the hotel Grigna. The hotel Grigna was fine but certainly didn’t as nice a location or a pool. However the staff was great. Biggest disappointment was that when we checked out the price was higher than the hotel we originally booked.

This is great place to stay if you are visiting to Lake Como. Beach side restaurant Camping Spiaggia is excellent. Commute is easy from hotel. Cleaning staff and breakfast service staff excellent. Front desk young female will not loose patience despite our language issue. Not much except from male short front desk attendant, never get correct answer.

Super friendly staff, very good English!! Amazing location for the price and so close to the lake. The breakfast had a nice range of options.hope to return in future
