Really enjoyed our time at the Hotel Eden, comfortable room with plenty of amenities. Friendly staff.
If you are driving, please be aware it is difficult to drive around the old part of town as it is mostly pedestrianised which gets extremely busy throughout the day.

A very friendly hotel. Very well situated and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Very good breakfasts. Our only reservations were that it was very cold as the weather was unseasonably cold and no heating was turned on, and there was confusion about our payment.

The hotel is centrally located in Sirmione. There are a huge range of restaurants close by to chose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Will definitely come back here again if I return to Sirmione.

With 3 bags in my hands, I had to open the hotel heavy glass door myself and open the door for my husband who carreid 2 suitecase.

We had a fantastic stay at Eden. Everything was excellent, rooms, breakfast, service and the nice sundeck/lounge. Location was great in the middle of Sirmione.

The location is great, and the staff were very helpful. It’s nice that you can swim in the lake right off their dock and they provided floats. There were just a few things that let it down. No shampoo or shower gel in the rooms which we had to chase up a couple of times, ants nest on the decking where we were sat and didn’t realise until they were all over us, and lots of flies at breakfast. Flies seems to be a wider problem in the area but a few bug zappers or covers for breakfast items would be useful. Some items I avoided completely.

They went above and beyond during our stay. We couldn’t recommend them enough. If you are looking for impeccable customer service then stay here. Great location to visit Sirmione and great views of the lake.

Very pleasant stay, convenient location for Lake boats. Staff were exceedingly helpful, especially Grazia who went out of her way to help us find a very good winery tour and tasting. Highly recommended

The hotel located 100 meters passed the castle arch, which is very convenient if you are driving. The views and the location is 5* with enclosed and open terraces facing the lake. Walk-out to the restaurants and promenades to with the historical buildings hosted boutique shops.
Lobby, rooms and facilities are clean and cozy. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

We arrived pretty late, but the moment we approched with our car to the hotel, someone directed us to the parking lot (which is located about 2 minutes away). The room was very nice, big, spacious and clean. Breakefast was very good.
Staff was so nice, the people in the reception provided us with a lot of information and possible activities around the area.

Hotel is located just 1 min. walk from the mail square. There is free parking spaces for guests in hotel area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is quite unassuming to look at but it is absolutely spot on in every other way. We had the room at the top of the hotel and the views were great, beds were comfortable and the room was really spacious. The service was great throughout and it is obviously very well run. Loved having a spritz on the terrace and also breakfast outside even at the end of September. Everywhere, including open spaces, corridors etc was immaculate. We all agreed that we would definitely stay again.
