This is such a good option for the area as you can book a two bedroom unit and have a mini kitchen.

Good stay for families the place is very clean and has everything you need for a hotel stay.

Simple and clean, no bells and whistles. The only one issue was the walls were thin and heard people talking very early in the morning.

Definitely the cheapest option for the Niagara On The Lake area, but if all you want is a very simple, clean, convenient location then this is a perfect place. Please remember that this is not a hotel, it’s a University residence so you’re getting nothing fancy. Our room had 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with a small dresser and closet. The second bedroom had 2 desks with bunk beds above them. Small kitchenette with full fridge and microwave and a bathroom with shower. For cost and location, would definitely stay again

The room was extremely clean with a nice warm shower. It is a college dorm with no extra's but no complaints here.

I did not attend the center as it was too far away from NOL main town to get there with reasonable cost

Perfect place to stay while we attended an engagement party nearby.

Building is clean, area is convenient. Check in and check out was super easy, the rooms have what you need, the lights and AC aren't the greatest but it's easy to look past. A hint- the mattresses are pretty hard so if you only use one bed combine all the bedding into one and put most of it under you and they're great.

It was amazing and spacious I really wish if they had hair dryers in the bathroom like any other hotel room but still it was good.

Conveniently located near the highway. Short drive from Niagara Falls.

The price was excellent. Very clean and accessible to all the things you want to see in the area.

Good shopping nearby. College has its own winery, distillery, and brewery, Alisha and restaurant all associated with its programs. Close to old town for Shaw plays, stores, restaurants etc. also close to Niagara Falls.

This was our second time staying at the Niagara College Dorm's and last time.This year the rooms one bedroom had two twin loft beds, with desks underneath the beds. The foot of the bed where you are suppose to go up the rail / ladder steps is very hard on your feet to climb up and down. Best to use shoes to go up and down the ladder which means leaving your dirty shoes on the bed. Also the bunk beds are not made. Leaving the guests to make a loft bed. If I was a student staying in the dorm room with the loft bed and roommate for the school year I would not be happy. The customer service at front desk, needs improvement, not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk team memebers are college students. They need to learn Friendliness, and good customer service when dealing with people, it will service them well throughout life. Few examples of improvement would be, hi checking in, how was your stay? and / or Have a nice day are. Are a few examples of basics customer service and make the customer remember and want to return in the future instead of going to your competitors. The Niagara College Teaching Winery is a great example of Great Customer Service, pride of job and the sales profit to show for it.

Nice place to stay if you are planning just to take a shower and sleep. Close to a couple of places and the staff was super nice!

Good location , and quiet atmosphere , Large free parking . But rooms needs updating basic older beds no coffee machines in rooms you need to go downstairs and buy

We had stayed there before and found it quite comfortable, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. However this time 1 room with double bed and one room with 2 bunk beds over desks. This made it impossible for 2 elderly ladies. Sleeping in bunk beds is not an option. Staff informed us that all rooms were now set up that way and we had to make do. Room and facility simple, but very clean.

Wow...what a place. This is obviously a college residence for students most of the time, and yet it works very well as a cost-effective base for exploring the Niagara region. The drive down to Niagara Falls is easy and under 15 minutes, and the property is easy to find as well -- just off the highway. Our apartment was almost identical inside to the one we had at the Residence and Conference Centre in Ottawa, only this Niagara version was better. Carpetted rooms. Desks and TVs in both bedrooms. Spotless bathroom. And the campus is very attractive, too. Plentiful parking right outside the building. Laundry facilities are on site too, if you need them. Bring your own cookware/plates/kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking, though, as apart from a fridge and microwave, the cupboards in the kitchenette are bare. That being sid, with the choice of restaurants and breakfast places in Niagare Falls and NOTL, you will probably (like us) not particularly care! We would certainly come back to this place.
