Lovely stay in perfect location, we stayed in apartment no.36, quite basic but fine for a short trip. The staff at reception are amazing, so friendly, helpful and always so welcoming 😊

We had a great stay. The first evening was very noisy due to a wedding party underneath us. Not too much of a problem as we are very tolerant but it was noisy! There is only one sofa bed as furniture in the living area and this was too small for all of us and not very comfortable. Could have done with more comfy furniture to relax on.

Fantastic stay.
Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and outside seating area.
Apartment very well equipt witheverything you might need including cofdee, tea and milk.
Friendly staff at reception.
Perfect spot to explore and enjoy Liverpool.

Good check in but confusing with the car parks and different blocks. would have helped to have some more info via email before check in about parking and the layout of the hotel

Got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Very spacious accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom slightly dated with marks and small area of mould.

It was a good experience for my family to stay at Staycity Aparthotels, Liverpool, City Centre. We all enjoyed our visit and the atmosphere was fantastic.

The flat was very nice with lots of space and it is ideally situated within walking distance of the Albert docks. It has good cooking facilities so you don't have to eat out if you don't want to. Very nice for a stay of sveral days or even a week.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and well set up. Close to shops and on main bus route. Liverpool One was within walking distance.

Very basic place, Good location, expensive parking but handy. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very average. Extremely noisey fan in the ceiling space that could not be turned off or down. The whole complex is a bit of a habit warren and quite confusing to get around. It suited a quick 1 night stop over but would not stay again.

Excellent location, virtually few minutes to liverpool one and john lewis. Brillant onsite parking to. Apartment was perfect! everything you needed was at hand. Heating was very good apartment soon warmed up and was very cosy. Their were plenty of places to eat and right on the doorstep. Staff were really lovely and helpful. I highly recommend staycity apartments. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The guy on the desk when checking in was super nice and helpful he upgraded us for free and gave the kids ice lolly’s and colouring packs 😃 the apartment was fabulous would deffo stay here again

The reception staff were super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly! That makes a huge difference for tourists like us! Apartment is very clean and all amenities were available. We would recommend Staycity definitely for our future vacation accommodation options.

Very good location, staff all very friendly, parking was easy and convenient, apartment was very spacious and clean, would highly recommend.

Very comfortable, clean with extremely friendly and helpful people at the hotel. Close walking distance to all the activities that Liverpool has to offer. We were able to also walk to and from Anfield for LFC match. If ever back in town, hopefully soon will most certainly look this place up as the first option.

Great location just 2 minutes walk to the Liverpool One bus station and the shopping area. The staff, especially Bec were very helpful even organising a very early check in when we arrived and just wanted to leave our bags. Bec gave us some very helpful information to get us acquainted with the area. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and clean.

Despite the very cold weather our apartment was warm. We had control of our climate. This place was perfect for Shops, Albert Docks, museums and restaurants

Three of us stayed in a 2 bed apartment which had 2 floors - sleeping up to 8 people. It was amazing - felt like being in a house (a free upgrade given to us on the day!)
Staff were great - very attentive and supportive.
Place is great for all amenities - shopping, transport, eating & drinking. Would we return here - yes, esp as this was our 2nd stay anyway.
