The beds at this hotel are way to small. Every morning we woke up around 7:30-8 with a LOT of slamming of the doors and the noise was so loud, it was not one time but again and again. Cleaning ladies talking and laughing. We never once could sleep to ten and we were so looking forward for our rest but no.

Accommodations were spot on. Loved the view of the city. Loved the cozy feel of the rooms. Building was well secure and quite safe. It was like my own home. We will book again.

Brilliant service, over and above what I expected and went out of their way to do everything possible to make my stay enjoyable even when there was an issue with my room.

The location and the price are good, but the double bed is tiny. Also, the parking entrance is very narrow. Be careful not to scratch your car.

Very centrally located and comfortable room. I was late booking so ended up above the bar space next door and on the main street. This made it a bit noisy...but to be expected in a city centre.

Can’t have window open for fresh air as a lot of noise from traffic and people passing. Tv does not have live TV you have to have Netflix or something similar to cast to TV. Could make more clear of the security deposit taken rather than subcategory of booking

Lovely apartment with everything needed, water and milk in fridge and even a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Only down side was 2 double beds with no option of twins but happily provided more bedding for one of our teenagers to bunk on the sofa. So close to town and more than happy to hold our bags on arrival and departure. Actually turned up at 10 and said they would call when the room was ready and got a call in less than 5mins. Lovely spacious apartments woild definitely book again.

The hotel was clean, room spacious and has easy access to transport but bed was small and very noisy area. There is a bar on the Ground Floor and you can hear the loud music from the first floor. It was extremely loud and it went on until midnight! The room is not sound proof.

Well I was only staying there 3 nights but I don't think I would stay there again. VERY Noisy. I like to sleep with the window open which unfortunately lets in even more noise but having them closed makes it very stuffy. Also, for anyone thinking of staying there, apparently you need to Request room service if you want your room cleaned.

Two small lifts, one that wasn’t working. The working lift was slow. I was on the 18th floor with no chance of moving to a lower one.
Neighbours seemed to be constantly cooking a pungent meal - the smell seeped into my room.

Overall a dissapointing stay. The rooms were not like the images advertised on the page. Instead of windows floor to ceiling, which looked spacious, we had small windows in cramped bedrooms. The TV didnt work in one room, the bathrooms were dirty and tired looking and the sofa was small and stained. The apartment overall was in need of repair. The lamp didnt work in one bedroom and the bathrooms smelt badly. In fact there was a bad odor in the whole apartment. The balcony was very small and covered in letter and cigarette butts. The overall building was noisy and in my view not suitable for children due to the location being a bit rowdy at night.

Had another great stay at Church Street. Cannot beat the welcoming staff and hospitality. Great location, great rooms and great views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

We ended up here after a mix up with another property so we were delighted to find this property had everything we'd wanted. Centrally located with grocery shops nearby. There is a bar downstairs and the flat is fully equipped with everything you'd need.
Would definitely stay here again when in Manchester.

We stayed in 2 bedroom executive apartment which was very well equipped. We arrived 50mins early but room was ready and we were allowed in excellent service. Reception staff lovely. Central in city for attending the arena for an event. Would recommend.

The apartment and its location was excellent, but their biggest asset is the staff. Impressive customer care, they were friendly, informative & genuinely wanted to make sure you had a good stay. The taxi they ordered us was delayed, they called to chase it then eventually hailed a black cab to make sure we weren’t late, & next morning asked if we’d had a good night, these touches make a difference. Apartment was clean, comfortable, stylish & had an amazing view. First time i’ve ever contacted anywhere in advance to make a request, which they were happy to fulfill. Thanks!

Staff was really nice, the apartment was not as clean as I would have hoped (it was dusty and there was hair in the toilet) but what was really upsetting is that covid rules were not followed or enforced. No one rather than us was wearing a mask, staff or guests. There were signs about it on the lift but not even the staff was wearing masks.

Booked for 2 nights, apartment was nice and big and clean. But the other people staying in other rooms was very loud, first night we could hear people throwing glasses or bottles off the balcony with loud music and could smell weed the second night there was a party going on our floor the police came in the end but didn’t get hardly any sleep with doors banging loud music and a lot of screaming girls and could also smell weed again, am not one to complain but it was a bad experience, shame really that a few people can spoil it as was a nice place

Outstanding views, amazing apartment! Clean, secure, and lovely large spaces, with living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom. Great wifi as well! AND a lovely outdoor patio that overlooks the city centre on the 15th floor-- accessible to anyone booked in the tower.

The room size is good. The location is very convenience. We can walk to china town, Leicester square and Covent Garden. Many restaurants and shops are nearby.The hotel offers free drink at the lobby.

Nice room with balcony. Good location. The guy on reception was accommodating even though there was a key issue upon arrival. Only Negative would be the balcony door was hard to close. Definitely would stay again.

Unfortunately the car park was an absolute headache and nearly scratched my car god knows how many times, but the room we had was amazing with a fantastic view, clean and spacious.
