Everything was very good except the odor in the bathroom. Great location, comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast.

I would like to make future travelers aware of the size of individual rooms and bathrooms. They are SMALL. We were at rooms #101 and 207 and there was not much difference in the size. Both smaller than cruise ship staterooms and both had wet bathrooms. Location is very good, daily breakfast is excellent.

A very comfortable hotel in a medieval building (I think) in the very centre of the old town of Tallinn, helpful personell. And the goal with my trip to Tallinn and Estonia was met far beyond my expectations. So thank you very much indeed!

Property was very outdated. The bathroom had no counter space, I had to put my toiletry bag on top of a garbage can in order to access my things. Bathroom is so small that when showering you have to move toilet paper so it doesn’t get wet. Two people could not stand, move freely in the room. Breakfast was not good.

If you are handicapped do not book. A 500 meter walk from free parking over a very uneven large rock rock road is impossible We did not stay at place even though we had already paid and could not get a refund With the Russian Embassy just down the road it was impossible to drive down the street. The rating of this place is a joke

The bathroom was very narrow. It was very difficult to wash the hands. The room has not be cleaned during the 6 days of our stay. But the hotel was very well situed, calm. The breakfast was very good

Air conditioning should be nice. The room was hot. Restroom needs some small selfs to put shampoo, soaps etc.

Great location! Several major sites in Old Town Tallinn were within just a few minutes' walk. Beautiful historical building and the woman who checked me in - Elena - was responsive and very helpful on more than one occasion. Breakfast was good. Not amazing, but the staff was super attentive and there were several options (same options everyday, though). Trofe (the proper restaurant there) had delicious food! I had a standard single room. It was small, but had adequate space for one person who wasn't spending a whole lot of time in the hotel anyway. One thing - I wish they had screens on the windows so you could open them all the way. Some pesky mosquitoes managed to get in the room, but at least having a fan helped keep them at bay.

We stayed in a room for 3 people. The room was at the basement level and was very spacious. The breakfast was great. Close to the town square and shopping/ dining. We had a great time while staying here. Would definitely stay again.

Charming hotel with friendly staff. Ok breakfast with continental things you can expect. Plus for having the room ready earliy and the ability to store luggage after check out. Only minus was that there was no AC. Only a desk-fan so quite hot in the room during summer. Peaceful/quiet surroundings so temperature was ok with the window open.

The location (inside the Old Town) is perfect. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. All the facilities in the room are new. The room was spacious and very quiet. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was also perfect (modern Nordic kitchen).

I arrived quite early for a check in-- which I expected to just drop off my luggage. I got SUPER lucky. The room became ready as I was completing my check in process!. Wow-- I was so happy after walking from the ferry terminal. The front guest people were always nice and welcoming. I loved the the little outside sitting area-- quiet, away from the bustle of the street noises. The breakfast had lots of choices! The location is in Old town --perfect for stopping for a rest or change of clothes to go out later. If you desire air conditioning please note that is not here -- a fan is provided for your comfort.

First impression was better than expected based on the reviews of other customers. We stayed at the 4th floor in a superior room, that was nice and big. We noticed that there was quite a lot of dust in some parts of our room but that didn't bother that much. I also liked that they didn't use any strong detergent to clean the room so the smell was neutral. We also had a nice sofa in our room and the bed seemed to be a quite new one, which was great considering the historical place and atmosphere itself. The staff wasn't the most friendliest or even smiled politely during the breakfast serving, but we thought that the breakfast was decent and quite versitale. It was quite hot to stay upstairs in the middle of the summer even though we kept the window open in the evening. We had a nice windowsill and a view to a small street in the old town and the location of the hotel was definitely a huge bonus!

I had no idea the room we be smaller than a closet- literally. The shower was not used friendly. Staff was nice.

Good position in touristy old town. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Charming property. Not enough roomstaff (one day room only half-done); cramped room for two-people (no room one side of bed); no room security box.

The hotel was overall nice, breakfast was fine and rooms interestibg, but one thing was dissappointing and complicated our stay. We were a family with 2 adults and 3 kids and had thus booked two rooms. The rooms we got were far away from each other and even on different floors. When I asked about the strange choice of accommodating a family, the answer was "these were the only rooms left". We had booked more than 4 months earlier, so I assume other options might have been possible.

Place was interesting and service was excellent - worth to Bossit and stay over night

Good sized room. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Great location for walking around the old town area. Good value for money.
