The hotel is quite new and comfortable. The rooms are ample, clean and well maintaned. There are two restaurants. Since I used halfboard, I got breakfast and dinner included, and used just one of them. The breakfast was very good, the dinner not so. The food could be better prepared. Overall the hotel is excellent and very close to all atractions in Foz do Iguaçu. From reception to housekeeping you got a competent and very friendly service.

Like everyone we came to see the falls. This is a nice facility-big room-good breakfast. Nice staff. Bed a bit too hard, toilet seat broken( didn’t fit, didn’t stay open) pool cold and no hot tub/jacuzzi. The price was right for low season

Great place to stay with kids due to the waterpark and other activities. Not walkable to the town, nor to the falls but close. Very close to the bird sanctuary.

Great location — not far from the airport or the main attractions. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel feels well kept. One thing to note is that if you’re hoping to arrange airport pick-up — we struggled to do so (different from what’s listed on the Expedia page). However, we were able to ask the front desk to schedule an early airport drop-off. Fortunately there are plenty of taxis and Ubers (though Ubers may keep cancelling on you at certain hours of the night).

Everything was ok, the only problem was that near our room was staying a group of students, they make noise till around 23:00 in the aisle, was terrible for my baby and me. We could not sleep well

Really enjoyed the improved pool bar menu this year! This is a great location to see both the Brazil and Argentina parks for the Iguaçu waterfalls. It's also easy to get to from the airport (Uber works well here).

For families this is a well positioned hotel, with a good pool and entertainment and facilities. The hotel is well situated for the waterfalls and bird park, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was very loud and noisy, with kids running down corridors and shouting; whilst this isn’t necessarily the fault of the hotel, the rooms should be relatively sound proofed, and hotel staff should enforce etiquette so that all guests are respected. We also had our towels replaced with old, thread bare ones and the hand towels were not even replaced. It’s a basic hotel that met our needs overall, but needs some attention.

A charming, modern and beautiful hotel provides an adequate response to all visitors to Iguazu on the Brazilian side... the price is also not expensive and full value

The facilities were great...especially for families. We don't have children that age, but would have loved it. We stayed with 200 11-13-year old kids, who were very loud (as they should be), including late at night. Didn't bother us...we slept well. Wifi was not great, but I'd say that was due to all the kids. Otherwise it was very nice, and the staff did a fine job of tolerating our English-speaking ways. Thanks!

We booked this hotel & resort to visit the Iguacu Falls. Very nice hotel, well-kept landscape & rooms were descent and clean. This is a family-style resort as they had lots of activities for the kids. However, as it was just me and my husband, this resort would not be our top pick for future stay. We also went during the cold & rainy season so we didn't see anyone enjoy their waterslides and other activities they offered. They did have a nice breakfast buffet and always kept the restaurant clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to families with kids more geared towards the summer for best enjoyment.

We were amazed at the breakfast. We thought it was awesome. Staff were very nice, in particular Tiego Porto. He made us feel like we were part of the same family. The lady at the tour desk was also very helpful.

It is a family resort so that there are so many kids around. If you need a quiet place to stay then find another hotel. We are ok with the noise out the pool.

Great resort. Has everything, yet everything is within a short walk, including the water park next door, which was a big hit. Close to Iguacu falls and very close to airport.

Hotel excelente! Ótimo atendimento, quartos confortáveis, comida gostosa. A única coisa que achei um pouco fraco foram os monitores. Minha neta de 5 anos estava com eles e de repente apareceu no quarto sozinha. Ninguém deu a falta dela. Acho que para os mais velhos deve funcionar bem. O hotel tem uma localização muito boa. Perto do aeroporto e de todas as atrações. Com certeza vou voltar.

Good property . Very friendly staff .vegetarian options very less . The house keeping staff messed up a bit ( they took the room key and also the extra blankets that were kept in the room ) . Front desk staff - Jose speaks good English and extremely helpful . Would recommend.
