We were a big family (13).
Everything was amazing, the rooms with the private pools, the stuff who did everything they could do to make our stay comfortable.
The food options.
If we had a problem it was immediately solved.
We all had a great time, and shurlly will reserve the place again.

Great hotel. Staff very accommodating.

Overall good hotel. Rather 4 star than 5. Freshly refurbished family room with very nice, classy furniture and a big double bed. There were some malfunctions in the room on the other hand, eg. dead hairdrier, low water pressure, but fixed quickly after request. Cleaning ok, but could have been more thorough and regular in terms of hours. Shame the pool closes at 6 pm and pool guy spreading chains around at 5.40 exerting pressure to leave earlier. Food ok, quite good variety but without the "wow" effect. Sometimes had to wait for a 4-person table. Bar services overall good with some minuses like bartender unwilling to change one alcohol type for another in a drink from the menu, too few waiters in the evenings when bar was full - had to wait quite some time. Special thanks to Manolis for nice service in the bar and a young cook in the restaurant - super polite and willing to meet guest expectations.

Great hotel, made up of small houses set among beautiful orange and lemon trees, just next to the sea.

Beautiful beachfront bungalow with private sunbeds and beach umbrella.
All the staff very friendly and professional.
Well maintained gardens.
Buffet restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with plenty of choice and fresh products everyday.
Thanks to Mrs. Dimitra and Mrs. Christina for helping us to organize our late departure!
Our 10 years daughter didn’t want to leave and loved all the Sentido cats 🐈

The stay was overall good. There was a flood in our room on the first night we arrived that took about 3 hours to a staff to come to our room. The Hotels facilities are good and close to the sea (you just have to cross the road) all the staff were kind and happy to help. Be aware that if you are no full inclusive you have to pay for the beds at the beach and it’s overpriced (8 euros for a sunbed!!!) while other beaches next to the hotel offered beds and wi-fi for free. Another let down was that we traveled to Santorini and asked for a take away breakfast, what we got was a few pieces of cheese and sausage. While people who traveled with us from other hotels got much better meals.

Great location and generally well kept; the pool was clean and generally couldnt complain about our stay. Fabulous breakfast. Nice restaurant if a little pricey.I wouldnt really call the room we had a garden view as it was filled with loungers and part of the pool - so very overlooked. Not a big issue as we spent little time there. I completed the Expedia feedback as soon as we got booked in and mentioned this and small issues with the staff member who booked us in - not very attentive and that I felt the room was a bit small including the bath which can fit only one person in it. Whilst it was nice in a way to be contacted by the hotel staff - they left a message asking me to contact reception which I did. They asked that I come and speak to them about my feedback. In all honesty, I felt like I was being summoned like a naughty boy! Spending my holiday giving feedback is not my idea of a holiday so I declined but the staff did say they would have changed my room if I had wanted when we chatted at check-out.Overall not a bad hotel. The big positives were the breakfast which probably did stand up to a 5* rating. Overall I feel this was more 4* experience which cannot be complained about if thats the price you pay for.

All inclusive for no worries!
One of my best ever holiday hotels. Everything excellent.

Lovely looking hotel. Check-in, although very late, was great. Staff helpful, room was lovely.Pool was too small for the number of guests at the hotel. The usual business of people putting down towels but never using the sunbeds. They have their own private beach across the road which a lot of people used. You did have to pay 4 euros each to have a sunbed. When I am staying 5 Star, and paid £800 for 4 nights, I do not expect to pay for the sunbed. Refused and was told to leave. Found a much nicer part of the beach with lots of sand for half the price with big soft cushions on the beds and service at the beds. Was hassled by the spa team to book treatments. Asking for my details before they would tell me details.Only had breakfast. Was very repetitive. Only an fresh cooked omelette station in the morning. Looking at the less than happy faces going to lunch and dinner, would assume the food was repetitive then too.Was lovely to get away but thing both Aktia and Alexander Beach were superior.

The Hotel is quiet and very nice. We had the privilege to receive a family room which was beautiful with a private swimming pool facing the sea. we had a half board arrangement. The choice for the food was very large and well presented, unfortunately not so tasty! during our whole stay, we couldnt change once our swimming pool - beach towels because the hours to do this are very limited. but all in all, we were happy and the hotel is clean and very pleasant.

We came here for some sun and peace and quiet with our 8 month old, and reserved one of the suites with a private pool which was a godsend, allowing us to let him sleep while we relaxed in the sun and took a dip. The food was good, some repetition but what I expect from an all inclusive of this level and the staff were great, there were very taken by oour son and spoiled him with attention! Evening entertainment wasn't great, but the bars and restaurants of Stalis are 50m away and was a very peaceful town - Malia it certainly is not! Couple of good restaurants near by but nothing ground breaking but we had a fantastic time. Premium branded spirits weren't in the all inclusive which was a shame, and some of the afternoon snack foods werent.

i was disappointed that the service at the beach stops between 12.30-15.30
at the restaurant they said that the cafe machine was out of order when i asked for espresso.

Very nice hotel in front of the beach. Reserve bungalow sea view: you will see and hear only the sea.

Overall the hotel was nice and all the facilities were great. Very family oriented. Good was great and location was excellent. The only thing I didn't liked was that we had to pay for Internet in our room.

Had a flood of waste in the room. Hotel cleaned up but expected us to stay in foul smelling room. No apology or any effort to make any recompense.

Arrived and all was good went to room which was fine but small, initial survey from Expedia called to hotel reception and upgraded to a larger room-power of Expedia and thanks to the hotel

Nice resort located very close to the beach. Pools are pleasant, but none are adults-only. Room spacious but watch out for ones located right next to the pool - you might have people sunbathing on your patio! Wi-Fi costs extra in room but free in public areas. Food good, varied and good value for money. Overall the resort was good, but not five star in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel with great food and scenery right alongside the beach- would highly recommend.

Staff was rude and horrible. Got verbally attacked by a small greek guy who was not wearing any official hotel clothing, Insulted my girlfriend. Almost resulted in physical altercation. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I needed internet urgently. The server was down. They said it was a Sunday. they said it was Panegyri. Crete is starting to understand the importance of wifi, just about. I'd expect a very professional operation like this hotel to be better than that. Later I was given an out of date password. It may just be a Malia thing, but they seem to put security of their system above service to their customers. Apart from that I did quite like the hotel generally. But wifi! Come on Blue Sea Resort, strive for 100%....!

This hotel was very clean. All the staff were very friendly. The food was tasty but only luke warm but this did not spoil our stay. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, we were fortunate to have our own swim up pool!
2.5
For me this was the best hotel / resort I've ever stayed at. I cant fault the staff or the hotel what so ever. It's a 5 star hotel and I don't think it could be rated any less.
