rude front desk staff upon check-in and no running water for more than 12 hours blamed on outside construction made us switch to a different hotel.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. But above all the location of this hotel is unparalleled. I would stay here again.

The suits are very roomy, with separate showers and bath tab. Convenient and great breakfast, as well as dining room. Very courteous staff, goes out of the way to accommodate possible early check in / late check out. Very happy with the stay. Thank you NH Tango team!

We were promised a double bed with a street view. Got 2 twin beds overlooking a smoking area. The staff was not at all friendly and acted if if they were doing us a favor by talking to us. Would not stay here again.

Good size room and comfortable bedding. Safe and quiet location. Tango Porteno is next door for Art Tango show. Walk across the street to local bus stop and area for money exchange, restaurants and shopping.

Great central place to stay for a few days in Buenos Aires

Overall, a nice hotel. The breakfast was lacking. The pastries were hard and dry. Scrambled eggs were runny.
The hotel room was roomy and comfortable. But, the shower door never fully closed causing water to spill onto the floor. Couple wood planks on the floor were loose and chipped. If not careful, could stub your foot or get splinter.
I also wanted to see the Tango show next door. The concierge said it would be cheaper to pay cash for it. Turned out, I paid $100 but it would have been $91 if I used my credit card.

This was our 3rd stay there in 3 years. Early checkin and late check out gave us the opportunity to return our rental car on time and to have a comfortable place to stay until our trip to the airport for a late night flight. Staff was bilingual and very cordial. Breakfast was buffet style with many choices. Location is one block away from the Obelisca and a short walk across the Avenido to get to the pedestrian shopping street of Lavelle and our favorite restaurant La Estancia. Have recommended this location to others and they have been pleased with our recommendation.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. Walking in distances to many hot spots. Hotel services are perfect and provided all answers we asked. Room is clean and comfortable. Definitely stay here again if i would have chance to visit BA next time.

Probably the best hotel on Avenida 9 de Julio, right in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires where everything is within walking distance, right next door to the Tango Porteño for a show, and incredibly comfortable rooms and professional staff. High recommend, and will definitely stay here next time.

Our second time at NH Tango. Both time’s excellent. Let us stay in room several hours after checkout time because of a late flight out at the airport. Excellent location. Staff was A-1 and bi-lingual. Parking is short distance from Hotel but inexpensive. Good wifi, good shower and good breakfast. Will return next time in BA. Have recommended to others.

Everything good except the first stay at this hotel the front desk agents, a very hospitable man and woman, arranged for us to pay cash rather than credit card. This visit different man at the desk wasn’t as friendly and refused to allow cash payment.
