Clean and comfortable next to Eurostar.

on check in the hotel demanded a deposit of €400.00 which was not refunded immediately on check out - note -no one could say when it would be refunded- inexplicable experience that no guest should have to put up with

Great for Eurostar as it’s at the end of the station easy to find, room in good condition, didn’t have breakfast due to being 30 euro each extra, bit pricy for Continental type of breakfast.

It was a good experience

This is a great hotel with fantastic staff, is near to the train station so easy walking distance to the train stations, the westfield mall and the Grande Place. Hotel rooms themselves are always immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. On site restaurants and bars are extremely good.

Superb from (early) check in to checking out.

Great for an overnight stop as we changed trains and so stations. Convenient for both and for exploring the town late afternoon/evening.

A lovely hotel. Could not fault anything

The hotel has a casino, a theatre and is in the good condition, but thats about where the 5 stars end, I would say. There is no pool, no proper spa (only two tiny rooms: one steam room and one sauna, fitting maximum two people each) and an option to have massage on the side. Being a family we have booked a suite and had a room with nice views, however there was nothing you could do with a child in this hotel, or anywhere near.. There was just a shopping mall and a busy train station nearby. I think this hotel might be suited for busy businessmen, but not for families, which is what you would expect from a five star. Also there was a terrible smell of sewage each morning in the breakfast restaurant we had no choice but ignore every day while eating our breakfast. Staff at reception and in room service is very friendly but has very limited English, so I found it hard to communicate with them. We will not be back.

As usual this hotel delivers good luxury experience.

Nice location with reasonable price

Two items that we'd consider standard were missing from our junior suite: a microwave and an ironing board. The hotel is near the train stations, which is convenient for travel; however, it's also near areas of town that have homeless individuals. This made walking to local restaurants feel unsafe for our family with a young child.

It’s a nice hotel for the price under $150. But next time I prefer to stay in center of town.

Loved it. 9 for me. Valet guy was a lot of fun. Junior Suite was a bomb! Not pretty old French - but very comfy. Great bed -

Very nice stay, comfortable and quiet rooms, right next to Lille Europe. There is a small spa area with a sauna/hammam. Only problem is that they provide disposable cups, so when we tried to ask for a real cup and spoon for our tea, they tried to make us pay 5 euros as a crockery fee.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, valet parking was great and the driver put the bags in the car on departure too. No room service menu in the room and took a while to get one from reception but apart from that, everything was great. The breakfast was amazing too, one of the best hotel buffets I have been too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
