When we first checked In, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We were thrilled with the view from our room except the windows were so dirty that we couldn’t get good pictures. The room was average. Not like we would expect from a Hyatt. It was EXTREMELY hot so we immediately started cooking it down so when we got back from the event it would hopefully be cool enough to sleep. Sadly, it was not. We called the front desk and they found a fan for us. Even with all of this the temp never dropped more than 4 degrees. None of us slept well between the hot room and the people in the next room thumping the headboard against the wall every couple of hours. We decided to cut our trip short and eat breakfast and leave. The breakfast was awful and there was no where to sit. When we asked the receptionist if we could sit at bar area, her less than pleasant “I guess” wasn’t what we expected. She also said we could “just sit outside”. I asked what the temperature was outside and she said “oh I guess it’s cold”. We checked out we have been looking for the right fit, this isn’t it.

Clean and safe, affordable, convenient to everything. Just two blocks to space needle.

Clean. Comfortable. Breakfast was great. Centrally located. Most everything was within walking distance. Nice, friendly, and professional staff.

Front Desk Russian Blonde girl was a rude stuck up type. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Even was rude to her co worker, she should get over herself, shes a front desk girl at a Hyatt in downtown seattle, not at the Ritz Carlton in Dubai or Moscow. She might need to be reassigned or retrained, or maybe whatever manager shes involved with should just keep her in his office. Hotel was ok, breakfast was not so good, tables left dirty, value of money spent not so great, noisy neighborhood, maintance need to do better outside. Housekeeping staff were nice. The prices of the little food shop in the lobby were ridiculous overpriced, go across the street to Walgreens, third of the price. Hyatt shouuld be better and do better

Very friendly staff! Love this hotel with the great breakfast buffet. Will always stay here when we are in Seattle.

Front desk was so very helpful! Kudos to her! It was a bit noisy on the streets, but it was Saturday.

Wonderful place to stay before our cruise 2 days later. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was available hours before check in. Secure locked doors including elevator, outer doors after 9pm Clean, beds comfortable, large room. Will definitely reconsider if visiting Seattle again.

Nice central hotel. Very big room. Nice bed. Breakfast just ok. Missed omelet. Surroundings felt safe and calm.
