We love the location clean luxury rooms breakfast and outstanding service. Great for Americans since they have a Starbucks. We love walking the parkway after breakfast. It's also close to trendy restaurants and shopping walking distance if your into that.

Dont stay on the 8th floor. Pool pumps sound like a construction crew all day. Not bad in the evening when the pool is closed

This is a boutique hotel newly renovated with a great location in the city. Despite being near the busy streets the rooms were quiet, clean, and very confortable. Almost everything was walking distance which added to the charm of the venue. The staff was courteous and helpful without being intrussive. Always ready to answer questions and recommend the best transportation.

This was a great spot with everything you need in a good location for walking to the restaurants, shopping, bars and clubs. You need to take a taxi to the other city sites but I prefer to be a walk away from things I do in the evenings like dinner and dancing. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. There was poor communication prior to my arrival which concerned me because I had questions but once I got a WhatsApp number to contact everything was much smoother. Highly recommend this hotel.

This an amazing place to stay been many times Bogota have tried several hotel around park 93 and Virrey Park non compare to Cite Hotel. Amazing restaurant location and super friendly helpful staff. They actually have over sized king bed super comfortable and amazing pillows. Is quiet and safe. Police sub station aceros the street beautiful park what else can I say

The hotel is very good but they charge you for hotel checkout insurance that is supposed to have been paid on Expedia, but they charge it at the hotel. For the rest everything is excellent.

The staff was mostly friendly, and the on-site restaurant was really good. My only complaint about the building is that the walls are so thin, I felt like I was part of the conversation going on in the room next to me.

Nice location and staff is friendly. The hotel looks nice and new, but the rooms are basic and some things didn’t work consistently such as hot water. Okay for a night but I would stay elsewhere if staying longer.

I enjoyed my stay at Cite hotel in Bogotá very much . Staff was unlike any other experience I had. Fernando & Edna went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe . The drivers were very friendly and I loved my variety at breakfast. Dinner was delicious too, loved the fresh fish and great sauces . Also I enjoyed my green juice and jello everyday 🇨🇴🌹❤️ gracias to all employees and I will see you all soon I hope 🤞

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cite Hotel! It was our first trip to Bogota and we chose our hotel based on the reviews, close to the Zona Rosa but not too busy. We got a room on the 8th floor offering magnificent views of the mountains and the city lights. The room was big, modern and very clean, including a safe, coffee maker, and minibar. Bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was great every morning, and the green juice is delicious! Also try the whole wheat mini croissants, they were incredible.
Our stay wouldn't be the same without the staff. Alex, who we met every night, responded to our needs in a timely manner and courteous as ever. Also the staff during the day, breakfast service and the cleaning staff was very helpful!!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The service, the staff, the food everything is great. I call it my home when visiting Bogota. The hotel location is great for walking to everything you will need when you are on vacation. You can walk to parks, restaurants, markets, pharmacies and the mall. I honestly recommend Cite hotel.
