We found all of the staff very helpful & professional, very friendly, made our stay very enjoyable, we'd definitely stay there again.nothing was too much trouble for them, one even came with me when we couldn't work the parking, it was easy, we're just a couple of oldies.

I was in Dresden for Christmas Market. The main market was next to my hotel. My room had a beautiful view of the market. Breakfast was excellent.

The beginning for our stay was not so successful, but things were solved out with the manager of the hotel quite successfully and the rest of the stay was really fine. The location of the hotel is the best possible.

Overall it was quite good. Great location. Comfortable beds. Liked that they had hibiscus tea, water, and fruit in the lobby. Air conditioning was good, but when it got extremely hot AND humid, I’m not sure it was removing enough humidity. Small things that could improve:
I’m on a trip with a 19 year old daughter. Having frosted glass between the shower and bedroom area was not particularly appealing to her, given it’s not completely opaque. I guess I could have done with a solid wall too. I also would have liked the slightly higher seat height toilet. I’m old, have arthritis in my back. Toilet height and maybe something to grab onto would be good. Lily was great at the front desk!

We had a great time there, enjoying from the friendliest welcome at the front desk to the great breakfast buffet and the wellness area. The room was fantastic, the bed very big and comfortable. Besides, the location is optimal to visit the old town.

Excellent location in the old market square, all shops and restaurants around you, 5 min walk to all the sights, couldn't ask for better, parking is just beside the hotel with an independent company Q park so you pay a normal high price separately for parking

The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany.

The position is excellent. Easy walking distance to all the sites. 2 min walk to trams if needed. Our room overlooked the markets and it snowed while we were there. Absolutely magical. Loved it.

A very well kept place in the center of Dresden across the street from Kreuzkirche. Convenient garage underneath the property. And a very nice breakfast buffet on the top. Highly recommendable.

Clean hotel, in an excellent location, pleasant room, good breakfast and excellent staff.
There was a certain problem with our room which was handled with sensitivity, professionalism, speed and fairness worthy of appreciation.
We would like to especially mention the receptionist Lilly Preuss who took care of the problem and gave us excellent service
