This was our first time in Pamplona and didn't know what to expect but we needn't have worried. As soon as we stepped into the hotel our worries were found less. We were greeted by one of the biggest smiles we've ever seen on a receptionist. Check in was seamless and we were also given map of the area, with recommendations. If the entrance to the hotel took our breath away our room left us speechless! It had everything thing we needed and more! It was so big and comfortable, it was a shame we were only staying one night. Every member of staff that we met made us feel so welcome and they were focused on making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. We got a room upgrade and a bottle of Cava. The hotel said it was because it was my wife’s birthday! The room was large and had a sitting area and a balcony/terrace with sun loungers. The only thing missing was a desk. The hotel was quiet and had free underground parking. We ate there one night and the food was OK, but the entrecôte steak was very chewy. One standard complaint. Why do hotels leave instructions about hanging towels up if you don’t want them changed and the promptly change them anyway. Greenwashing, I think, describes this practice

Excellent staff, great breakfast, great rooms, and perfect walking distance (less than 1 mile) to the center of town / bull run. Will definitely stay there again. The staff is super helpful calling for taxi's, wake up calls, answering questions, etc.

Amazing room - more like a suite than a room - very luxurious. Parking was easy, breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is about 20 minute walk from the main part of Pamplona but an easy route.

Excellent hotel. I had a suite and it was very spacious with separate shower and tub, and a lovely private terrace- I recommend this upgrade. The walk into the center of Pamplona is about 25 minutes and I enjoyed being out of the busy-ness. This was a pleasure trip to visit a new city in Spain.

The rooms and staff are worthy of 5 star hotels.
The staff very efficient in troubleshooting any issues. Rooms are modern. Only critique is that they claim to have a workout facility but not too much thought went into it. 2 heavyweight punching bags. Cowbells for weights and one bicycle and one treadmill. They open at 9am. Too nice of a hotel for that to be the case

Comfortable modern beautiful location about 5 minutes from old town. The beds were comfortable, the hotel very quiet, great shower and bath, parking. We slept well and enjoyed Pamplona very much.

My room was very stylish! I wish my apartment was the same. The staff was very helpful and gave excellent suggestions. Their excellent English made up for my lack of Spanish. I stayed for the San Fermin festival, but would like to go back just to relax.

Excellent extremely modern and comfortable hotel situated in open countryside wothin a 20 minute walk from historical centre, tapas bars etc.. Free underground parking. Wonderful breakfast. Very highly recommended.

Property is somewhat out of the way to town center...modernist design can seem a bit stark. Staff very courteous and efficient. Excellent bed and linens!

Cramped room, especially the bathroom. No minibar, a kettle but no cups, no down duvet as detailed, just a sheet and eiderdown. Given wet towels because it’s raining and they can’t dry them.
No clear sign outside for the hostel it’s just inset in the doorway and it’s rated 1 star. Dark and dingy hallway by the lift. Hear every little noise in the room, could hear the person snoring next door. No view just a brick wall. Very disappointed, nothing like the description on the website.

I go often to Pamplona to visit family. I know several very nice hotels, but Muga de Beloso (Alma) is certainly the best.
The beds and the rooms are very comfortable, the general feeling that you get when you stay there is very nice. I recommend also the restaurant, I think it is one of the best in Pamplona.
I liked very much to walk from the hotel along the river to the Cathedral. It is a very long walk, but it is easy to do.
