Terrible communication with the front desk - declined refund through Travelocity . Front desk told my husband they were backed up in reservations . We were a few hours early for check in and HE was advised by front desk personnel that EVEN AT our check in time , a room was not guaranteed AND/OR OUR time may continue to be pushed back due to others still waiting for their rooms from past reservations who were still waiting in the lobby ! We were there traveling with children and we couldn’t just sit and wait around until late in the day to see if there was even going to be a room available or wait til late in the day ! This was told to him directly from front desk personnel ! And my husband advised them to please give us a call once a room is available and WE NEVER got a call . So we had to move on and book another hotel !! We are still fighting to get our money back ! We had moved on due to the INFORMATION given BY THE WORKER AT THE FRONT DESK , but yet we can’t get a refund ? Travelocity stated the worker told them “ they had plenty of rooms” which was a huge lie ! They told my husband a whole different story ! It’s ridiculous and I’ve never experienced this before and we DESERVE OUR REFUND !

Great Property

Checking in was really convenient, as they allow early check in and the staff was pretty great. My only complaint is my room had odd scent, almost like mildew but not quite.

I have stayed at this location several times while visiting Miami area and time after time it exceeds it's self. From the moment you enter, the desk personnel and the staff that works timeless to upkeep the hotel are just great at what they do. 5*****

Excellent and convenient location. It is near to the Miami international airport and the Coral Gables area. It has a restaurant you can eat breakfast and dinner for a convenient price. One thing I didn’t like was that the parking was not included and you have to pay $15 per day if you need it. Other than that, everything was good!

Wasn’t Terrible but Parking fee of $15 each night/person was a bummer. Other than that it was okay for the price.

My husband and I got to the hotel pretty late 1:30am ad apparetly there were several flyghts cancelled at the airport and were send to the hotel with a voucher, at that time there was only one person at the front desk and he was trying to do his best. The security Don Cesar he was so helpfull made sure everyone took a number and adk every guesst that come in needed something. Unfortunatelly it took an hour to get our room.

For the price I thought it would be a bit more updated and everything was old the room smelled horrible. Beds were comfy carpet needs to be replaced burn hole on the floor. Other than that, it was ok for one night. I wouldn't have stayed if it was for any additional days. 15.00 parking fee was ridiculous per day. Staff was very nice.

The check-in was perfect, the man was very nice, helpful and attentive. Already in the room the inconveniency was about the air conditioned That I couldn't regulate, there was fixed and it was too cold. Therefore I didn't complain. The afternoon shift was a blonde and a brunette ladies.

My stay was very good. I had a restful night.

Nice place to stay would recommend this to anyone needing somewhere to stay.
