Next to rehab place. There were many strange people hanging around. Room adequate, but not clean. One bed had mattress cover; one did not. Room on second floor above us made noise until 3 in the morning. Internet was poor. Advertised complete breakfast; this was substandard. Awful experience; never recommend this place to anyone.

A great rate for a quiet night of sleep. Hotel is right across from hospital. Rooms are old but clean and the bed was comfortable and the air condition worked great.

We had good sized room. We were in 316 in the second building. It was a good location for what we needed. They offered a quick breakfast in our building as well as the main building so it was not over crowded. That was very nice.

Hotel staff at the front desk was poor. Cleaners were helpful but only cleaned rooms every other day. Only one towel and wash cloth for two days

Like an old work shirt the hotel is a bit worn around the edges. However, it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked. We were there for a procedure at Sanford. It is the perfect location for that. I would stay again

TV Remote was non-functional.... It would've made a difference if we had not worked games all day. We gave up trying and turned it off. I watched my Kindle for a while.

I arrived extremely early and they graciously offered me another room so I could check in early. I had a great day and was well relaxed. The hotel is a bit older but very clean and great value for your money.

The breakfast was only yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, OJ and coffee. This was the only downside of our whole stay, so not much of a breakfast. Otherwise our stay was great.

I had to wait 15 minutes to check in because the front desk guy walked away and didnt leave a sign to tell you what to do. I had to use the house phone to call the front desk to get him back there.

The window was broken and the screen falling into the room. The lampshade on table was all broken. Door jam looked like someone had busted through it previously, could wiggle the whole thing. The bed was rock hard, actually considered sleeping on the floor, thought it might be more comfortable. The street noise was horrible. Sounded like cars running up and down the road outside our window were racing. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The outside of the building makes the facility seem way nicer than it is. Overall, probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at!

Clean, safe. It is an older building, so no elevator to the 2nd floor where I stayed, but everything was in working order. Was pleasantly surprised to be able to watch the Hallmark channel. Banana nut muffin from the breakfast area was tasty. I would stay there again.

This property, at a glance, doesn’t appear to offer much, until you really get in and stay a while. The staff is friendly, the rooms are standard but comfy and clean, the breakfast is smaller but still had enough for this picky eater, and the central location was great for any direction we decided to go. I’m glad we chose this location and will definitely be back in the future!

Property was very nice and quiet! I didn’t like that we didn’t have outlets near the bed, so our phones had to be across the room but it wasn’t such a big deal.
