In a very nice area in Pau. Area restricted to autos and takes a bit of work to sort out. Ring in at the post to have the bollards lower. The Google may send you to the wrong area based on address. Search Appart'City. Once inside a very friendly staff is top notch.

We found this hotel very basic and dated. There was no parking available on site, we had to find an alternative to the carpark offered as our car wouldn’t fit in. The microwave fused after one use. The air con didn’t work.

Great location and great hotel to travel with kids. Everything was very convenient, comfortable and clean. If we go to Pau again, I will try to choose the same hotel.

Unfortunately a poor experience. The man who checked us in shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. He was cold and when we asked for directions to a laundromat he begrudgingly and very vaguely marked an arrow down a main avenue on a map. There was no WiFi. It was dingy. People smoked right below our balcony. Noisy boulevard-people yelling at night. I changed hotels for the same price and glad to have done so. The original price didn’t include a private bathroom.

I didn't have a phone to contact the hotline and get into my room, around midnight I had to walk to the nearest hotel and spend an extra 250 euros just so I didn't sleep on the sidewalk. I also tried to cancel my reservation immediately after booking but the site kept redirecting me to the main page. Overall experience was terrible and will not use Hotels.com in the future.

Excellent facilities in the apartment. Kitchen was small but fully equipped to make ourselves breakfast every day. Close walk to everything in the downtown area and very safe and quiet. Not the most modern hotel I've stayed in but more than adequate and would certainly consider staying here again.

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Spent 10 days riding bike in Pyrenees and sightseeing. Close to other destinations like Biarritz...a must see! Comfortable rooms, air conditioned and friendly staff who can give u advice on what to see.

Positive: location, nice staff, spacious and clean. And a little kitchenette (only used the fridge). Negative: walls scruffy in places, roof windows so couldnt see out, sluggish shower. I thought my travelling companion was getting a double sofa bed but it was a single camp bed. A nice camp bed but the sofa was more solid so he slept on that. Also, why no door on the bedroom? For privacy and so you arent kept awake by travelling companion snoring...

went to Pau for Rugby match - this apartment hotel worked well - central so we could walk out for meals/drinks, and there is a Monoprix around the corner for supplies to go in the apartment. Very good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy surrounds and apartment. The OH loved the bed - slept like a baby! Well-equipped kitchenette.

Firts time in serviced apartment, and woudll recommend. Nicely decorated and stylish surrounds. Nice size room and good kitchen facilities - even a dushwasher. Staff friendly and helpful and even though not 24 hours a day, easy access yet secure. Right on main street (but quiet, in a courtyard behind) and so handy for all bars, restauranst and shops ad 10 mins walk / funicular railway to main station

Good value in superb position in city, yet quiet with good security. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. A well equipped room for self catering and very clean. Minor problems of broken toilet seat and empty soap container in shower when I arrived otherwise somewhere i will stay again.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 adults which roomier than anticipated. The decor was all new and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with microwave, dishwasher etc.We paid for parking which was 10 euros per night as the apartment was right in the centre of pau. The only negative was breakfast which was 9 euros and mostly prepacked. Right outside the entrance was a bakery/cafe which did croissants coffee etc for half the price and all fresh.Would stay here again for location and quietness.
