Very friendly staff, i arrived a few hours before checkin but was invited into the lounge to wait with the wifi so i could do some online meetings and there was also tea and coffee for guests which was great.
Room was comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a garden on the property. The hotel was @ 10 minute walk to the Delft pottery factory museum and about a 30 minute walk to the center of town.

Everything was as shown in the photos. A lovely room and a peaceful area. Reception were very helpful. We were able to park outside overnight, but it was a Sunday night so parking restrictions may vary. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Good sized room, and comfortable main bed but sofa bed was awful, with big dip in it. Generally clean but some dust on floor. Had a kitchenette but no microwave or place to heat food. Really nice staff and nice common living area with free coffee. Walkable distance to station and centre. Overall enjoyed our stay

My recent stay at this charming hotel was truly memorable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel is nestled in a quiet location, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its lovely garden. Although small and in need of a few improvements, it has a cosy ambiance that makes it a perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast provided was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right.
The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the Delft train station, which offers excellent connections to Rotterdam. Additionally, the town hosts a delightful market on Sundays and Thursdays, adding to the overall charm of the area.
The atmosphere in the hotel and villa is absolutely brilliant. It may not be a 5-star hotel, but the incredible staff make it worthy of a 10-star rating in my book. The friendly town and welcoming environment make this hotel a perfect choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The staff at Casa Julia really make the place, they are so kind and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet part of Delft, but easily walkable to the centre.
Just note that the stairs are very steep!
I would highly recommend it!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, the property is centrally located (especially if you have business with the nearby university or are interested in touring the Royal Delft Pottery factory), and was quite clean. We appreciated the multitude of USB charging ports and oscillating fan, too! Our room was upstairs above the kitchen and the aroma of freshly baked bread in the morning was all I needed to get up! The furnishings trend more toward functional but everything needed was present and it was all quite clean.

Excellent stay! A little hotel that feels like a home away from home. The room was spacious (especially by Netherlands standards) and the garden was a beautiful relaxation spot. The complimentary coffee/tea bar was an added perk!

Very nice ambience in property and overall very good place to stay with a nice terrace garden. Free coffee is helpful for some. Just a few irregularities that annoyed me. Very strange experience at checkout. This was not my planned booking.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was very cosy and comfortable. I especially liked how quiet the area was and the fact that everything was walking distance. The Reception Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I will be recommending Casa Julia to my friends.

All was nice and smooth! Friendly and professional staff, since the moment I jumped in for the check-in. The place is lovely and clean. The room was clean too, comfortable and bright. The area is quiet and silent. I couldn't spot restaurants or shops nearby, it's pretty much a nice residential area cloese to TU Delft and not very far from the city centre. It takes about 15/20 mins walking both to get to the Station and to the city centre. There're buses too about 5/6 mins far away. There's the chance, with no charge, to leave luggages in the hotel before the check-in (and probably also after the check-out). Complimentary tea and coffee too. I'd recommend to book in!

Traveling for business and this was ideally located. Clean, comfortable and with a good breakfast, we can't recommend it more. The people behind the desk were always really friendly and helpful too. We'll be staying there again in future!

Liked the location (residential). Back garden. Secure place to leave bicycles.
Didn't like limited warmth and welcome from employees. Lack of some bathroom amenities and no housekeeping between 2 day stay. Didn't like breakfast. Limited choice and ran out of items even though just a few guests. No bowls, bread not replaced, eggs gone with 6 people, cereal not filled, orange juice mostly coloured water.

Great location and building, but a bit noisy (i.e. noise coming from other guests) and a poor mattress. Breakfast is served a bit too late at 07:15h to my standards, but that's a minor thing. I guess it's not that much suited for business travellers

Lovely hotel about 10 min walk to the centre. I stayed on a very hot day and the room was stifling hot, couldn’t open the window as it opened onto the street. No air conditioning only a room fan.
Breakfast was really good, and the garden area is lovely to sit out in. My room was basic but comfortable, only gripe was it was very difficult to fit on the toilet as it was squeezed into the bathroom

I stayed one night in Casa Julia with my partner, and every single detail was perfect, from check-in to departure.
Beautiful and cozy room, perfectly clean, with a a lovely handwritten note on the bed. Wonderful shared space with courtesy snacks, from fresh fruit to candies.
Nice location, only 15 minutes walking from the station, and even faster if you rent a bike.
Lastly, the employees were always kind and helpful. I woiuld definitely come back here. As the name suggests, I felt at home in Casa Julia.

We found our accommodation to be comfartable ( the only downside was that my wife likes a bath in the room & there was only a shower ) though it was very close to Royal Delft Factory ( one of the places on our list to visit! )
