Very clean and super good service . Staff was nice and helpful , I also was not expecting breakfast to be included but it was definitely worth it and tasty I would definitely stay again .

This was my third time staying at this hotel. this last time wasn’t such a good experience. there was no hot water available . the water came out warm but not hot . my room was next to a patio or dinning area and they were playing music which i can hear

Pero, ellos no tienen efectivo, y no pueden darme el devolution con mi tarjeta en los domingos.Entonces, le pregunté al jefe en el telefono si podía tomar una colección de los empleados y usted podría devolverles el dinero cuando llegara aquí. When I went away, $0.How's that for treatment? No internet, all night, even though that had a signal from reception, but wouldn't let me use it.I got up early on a very, very crisp December morning to drive 8 hours--NO HOT WATER. NONE. Freezing cold.NO HAY INTERNET, NO HAY AQUA CALIENTE. $3200 pesos. That's stealing. Eso es robar.They didn't even offer me a different room. They just left me there, in a concrete room that didn't allow for my TelCel signal to come through. No damn internet, 13 hours.

This place it's an absolute nightmare if you stay here you going to be here where the from your room you can listen everything from the property, the rooms have been poorly designed to the point. You can hear from 20 m away everything.

It is a nice hotel with good location. It had issues with the sink that did not drain,. Also the shower water was cold.

Convenient location, clean, good service, small room , shower :barely warm water, not hot, not enough pressure. moldy smell , air doesn’t flow even with the AC on . Not enough light . Not for us !

I liked the friendly employees specially the bellman that works in the morning, i wish i could remember his name,i just know he works thrusday and friday. My room was located on the first floor and it got noisy with the people at the restaurant, i didn’t sleep well.

Hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to el centro. The service was phenomenal, especially the father-son duo of Eddie & Angel ! They went above and beyond to make our family visit wonderful!

Great service, nice breakfast, room smaller than expected, water leaking from A/C, bathroom has no shower curtain so expect a mess all over the floor.

Beautiful hotel. Great location, an easy walk to downtown area. For nightlife, verly close to a cool area with bars and restaurantes. Go to Tata Mezcal if you like mezcal, as they have more than 100 options. The door may be closed, but you can ring the bell. Because of earlier laws, they continue to be the place that closes its doors to customers... so one must ring the bell. You will not be disappointed with the hotel... excellent staff service.e. They also offer very affordable day trips to Patzcuaro, stopping at Quiroga, the best place for "carnitas". The hotel is alos a walk's distance away fro, Carnitas Don Raul. Watch Episode 2 of Netflix's "Crónicas del Taco". Worth the visit!

Since I booked the hotel, the manager of the hotel and a sales department's representative contacted me to welcome me. That was very special and unique, they were very kind and all hands-on on helping me giving my parents a nice surprise. They loved the hotel but specially the VIP treatment. It is a must!

Very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to please us. It is close to everything in Historic downtown. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning in the room didn't work and they didn't have another room on the first level. The food in the restaurant was great and we truly enjoyed the included breakfast.

This was a perfect stay for one night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Valet Parking for free. Complimentary Breakfast - not much, but enough to get up and look for a place in downtown.
