Terrible accommodation. Basement room. Aircon not up to much. Never again.

Rooms comfortable, breakfast disappointing.

Dated and not really my style.

Great location on a beautiful square, within easy reach of Covent Garden and transport links. Very helpful staff. But be sure to ask for a quiet room - our first room was noisy from a nearby generator or aircon unit outside. The staff swapped the room for us, but it wasn't a good start to our stay.

Perfect location on a quiet square by the LSE and a law school - easy to walk everywhere (<10 mins to Covent Garden and <5 mins to catch the Tube). Rooms were a bit small but comfortable. Bathroom was good. Bonus was the water bottle stations and lobby coffee machine. Staff were friendly and professional. Really enjoyed staying there and will investigate it again when we visit London again.

It was a long wait checking in ,we were told that our room was not ready yet. It was already 1500. Approached the receptionist few times to ask if ready,but still not readty. We had to leave at 1520 as we have a booking in Earls Court at 4pm.So we had to leave our luggages in their storage

Excellent Hotel! Central location, continent traffic, easy to go any places and quiet environment, All is very good. Next time to visit London, I will stay here again.

Great location, welcoming venue - one of the better mid-budget hotels we have stayed at in London

This hotel was the perfect place to stay! We were staying in London to watch a show and it did not disappoint. Just outside of the busy streets of London but so close that you could walk! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Complementary bottles of water and hot drinks all through out your stay too which were very tasty.

Beautiful property with spacious rooms

Loved that we were close to almost everything, either by foot or underground. Our room looked over a big park which was nice. Only thing we wished we had was a small fridge in the room. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Club room was small we hit ourselves on protruding wall. Every second day housekeeping was inadequate Staff at desk was extremely helpful and the best No air conditioning in bathroom Tv was hard to work Area around sink was rusted to hang towels

We spent the weekend in London for a special celebration and have chosen the hotel due to the location and good reviews. We had no idea how may surprises were waiting for us (and I mean not pleasant ones. The description of the room was misleading, it said blackout curtains which would suggest that the room has a window to black out (and not a wall). The bed had crumbs in the bed, after we complained reception sent someone over just to brush the crumps onto the floor. You would expect that every half decent hotel would offer to change the bedding as clearly someone has used the bed before or the bedding hasn't been washed properly. We insisted to change room, the new room was an unmodernised tired looking room which does not deserve a 4 star rating, but even worse it had poo in the toilet (see picture). You would expect housekeeping to check the room beforehand (and bleach/flush the toilet). The cleanliness and housekeeping standards were completely unacceptable, very disappointing stay.

Air conditioning did not work and there was a water rushing sound all night in one of the walls nearby. Quite a bit of noise outside all night as well.

Disappointed with the room . Could only access the bed from one Side . Had to crawl to the other side so partner could get in bed. No coffee , tea, sugar, milk or spoon in room only a kettle and coffee machine with two mugs. Bathroom tap loose. Stain on bath mat. Smell in bathroom each time another guest used their toilet. No toilet brush. No room service unless you request it. So bed not made daily unless you ask. Can not turn off air conditioning very cold. Noise from other guests late at night and early morning…. Hallway not soundproof. Maybe a polite notice as they exit or in lift would be an idea.

We enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters Covent Garden Hoburn. The location and value are definitely the biggest selling points of this CQ Hotel, as it was easily the least expensive decent hotel within a short distance of Covent Garden. To be clear, it's not right in the middle of Covent Garden, but it is a very easy 5-10 minute walk away. Our room was a good size for London and was also overall clean and well-appointed. Bathroom was good and the beds comfy. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. One minor quibble was that we had a little difficulty managing the temperature in the room. Despite turning the thermostat down it never really cooled very much, so eventually we just opened the window. But it wasn't a big problem and we didn't call the front desk because opening the window worked. Another small area of improvement is that there was a noticeable red stain on the carpet near the door that should get cleaned. Despite these two minor issues we would definitely stay here again the next time we're in London because of both the location and value.

Amazing hotel! Very good condition and very clean!!! Complimentary tea and cofee and water. Central.Good breakfast, comfy bed. Everything a toursit needs. I loved my stay there! Thank you to the staff especially the aldy who cleans room 107 - tahnk you fir doing a great job!!!

Very conveniently located property with Tube stop just round the corner. Friendly helpful staff. Hot drinks and water available in the foyer for guest to help themselves. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Only slight issues was the water system was quite noisy.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was great, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast excellent. Only problem was the bed which was lumpy, soft and showed be immediately taken to the tip. Will definitely stay again but only if the bed is more comfortable.

Dated, but clean and incredibly friendly staff. The only “issue” we could think of was that our television screen was broken, but staff did offer to send someone immediately to take a look.

WiFi did not work on either of our phones, staff were unable to resolve. No natural light in room, window view was to an internal wall. Bathroom sliding door was very noisy and interrupted sleep.

The hotel was good. Staff was very friendly. Very conveniently located to restaurants, shops and walking distance from London’s tourist attractions.

Great location, clean and convenient.

I came to this hotel last minute and the staff helping me were so accommodating. The room was wonderful and had a way to control the temperature in the room. The closet door had one broken hinge, but it didn't stop it from functioning properly. The shampoo and conditioner was fine, but it did dry out my hair a little bit. Overall, despite these little things, the hotel was wonderful. Close enough to a subway station that the walk isn't inconvenient. I would recommend this hotel to people.

Convenient for work. As only for a short period, the basement rooms are good value and more spacious than some.

Great location. Easy to walk to shopping, theater and restaurants. I would stay there again
