My wife and I stayed here for 2 days October 2024. Perfectly located Right in the middle of the old town. Great hotel with decent breakfast, Personnel was very friendly and useful. Parking at the garage was easy and affordable as they offer a great discount for hotel customers. Park in the garage first and then check-in... it will be easier :-)

Perfect location! Just steps from the center of old town and funicular to the castle. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was so helpful and genuinely nice. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Fantastic hotel with a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the town and mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking underground was convenient fir hotel access. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect for us. Easy to reach, (paid)parking nearby and the Altstadt within 2 minutes walking distance. The hotel is dog-friendly but there are no parks nearby. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the staff managed to get us a table. All things considered it was a good experience.

The hotel is located at a prominent bus stop and requires an elevator ride to the 7th floor. We had the two-bedroom apartment with a HUGE terrace that was beneath the ruins of Heidelberg Castle. Located just a few blocks from the Altstadt pedestrian area, the hotel is a splendid spot for dining and shopping as well as sightseeing.

Great location despite a bit of trouble locating despite the prominence of the name on the building. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Terrace was beautiful and room balcony a real plus.

Really neat location on top of the parking lot with beautiful views from the terrace looking up to the old castle. Especially nice at night. Good breakfast. Our room however was on the top floor and it was uncomfortably hot despite the fan.

I’m not sure there is a better setting than this hotel sitting below the castle, near the river and at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops.

I loved the fact that this property sits right in front of Heidelberg Castle. It was awesome to open the windows and be able to see it especially at night when it was lit up

Our stay was great! The front desk staff were super helpful and kind. The room had a wonderful view. Smaller but fit all of our needs! Parking and hotel were a little tricky to find at first! Definitely would recommend!

Amazing hotel location! The bus stops in front of hotel. The funicular to the castle is the same elevator as hotel. In the heart of Heidelberg. Views are unbelievable from the room.
Great breakfast included. Front desk staff were wonderful.
Next day, they locked our luggage after check out to continue our sightseeing.

Very good option for a short stay. Close to the main attractions. The rooms are cozy and the amenities are very basic, I can’t recommend staying for long. They offer a great breakfast and the reception is very friendly.

The location at the base of the castle was superb. It's also next to the he funicular, which was unfortunately under maintenance. Excellent restaurants abound and all hotel staff were superb and spoke English.

It was right next to the funicular and super close to the town's main streets. The breakfast could have had more options and more cut up fresh fruit. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is perfectly located right under the castle and conveniently close to everything. It is small like real European places. The staff was helpful and kind and the breakfast buffet was well stock, no one leave hungry.
Would book again if I ever come back to Heidelberg.
