Ein kleines, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Perfekt ausgestattet, die Zimmern sind so gut gedacht dass man ein Überblick über Neckar hat, das Design der Zimmern ist perfekt, die angestellten sind sehr lieb und hilfreich jederzeit. Frühstück ist einzigartig. Parkplätze immer zur Verfügung gestellt und Auto parken von der angestellten durchgeführt.

The staff was really motivated and motivating. sincere, human , caring..professional. a huge shout out and thank you to Julia. 10 minutes walk to everything in old Heidelberg . yet quiet. the view from our room on Heidelberg castle across the Neckar was spectacular. this is a top quality world class spot..

I loved the breakfast. Even more the staff was exceptional I think we wish to be welcome all the time like that everywhere you travel. It makes you feel good and at home.

Wonderfully decorated property with stunning view to the city . Very friendly personal, good quality breakfast, extras like wine and sweets in the suite, nicely prepared breakfast in room.

There were some imperfections in cleaning process which in such high end establishment should be controlled : stains on the bathroom wall, which I removed with the water, white stains on the purple blanket in the bedroom, chips and dust underneath the sofa in the leaving room. The breakfast room too claustrophobic and too little space between the tables.

The hotel did a lovely job setting a beautiful ambiance in the lobby and the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with our children, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was phenomenal! They had a beautiful buffet but also made amazing food to order. The toiletries were really lovely! The location to the altstadt was perfect! We could be downtown in a matter of minutes but in the evenings had a quiet spot to return too. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

My only complaint was the wifi connection was a bit slow but it wasn’t terrible.
