Excellent servicie.

It was nice to be able to see the ocean from our room, but you could also see very dirty buildings and trash. Much of that is a Lima problem, not the hotels.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable - not too soft but definitely not too firm

loud music until 3 am. Address was unclear and taxi couldnt find it. Construction on the street. Great breakfast, great space and very clean/comfortable overall good value

We reserved our room online and were not certain what to expect as the overall rating was about 3 stars. We found the suite quite comfortable for the cost and I would highly recommend these accommodations for someone who wants a little more than just a hotel room. The suite was very modest-definitely not for someone who wishes for elegant accommodations, but just right for us to use between visits to family and local attractions. The most impressive part of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Exceptionally personable and professional!

Great experience especially with the receptionist which helped me out to check in a couple hours earlier and accommodate me to stay longer during the checking out due to a night fly. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent,I wasn't expecting the variety. The location is not the greatest but my room had view to the sea, very nice. I really would like to comeback and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe and reasonable price place to stay in Lima.

I got to say. NOT IMPRESSED! This is actually a lovely hotel, spacious, and homey. However our flight was cancelled and they were unable to refund our night we missed or bump it up. So we took the 100$ loss. We then had tours booked with some lovely guides who so happened wanted to try some Canadian food... So we invited them in for dinner. Turns out you have to pay for your guests to stay after 10pm (25$ each.) we were very quiet and polite and I would have booked a much more luxourious hotel had I known this was the case. We had also got a towel a little dirty from washing our legs from the streets and they wanted money for that too. It seemed like every we walked by the desk it was about money... So not inviting! I felt as though they didn't care about being hospitable, but looking or money grab! Room was neat and clean... Called for towels and it took an hour though. They washed our dishes from dinner party which i tipped 5$ for. They kept the washroom stocked and the bed made which was nice. They just weren't friendly and we're looking to make more money. If your not going to have guests or use towels when very dirty... Use this hotel. Otherwise spend the extra money me get one with a pool and maybe some policies that don't involve money grabbing.

Very spacious apartment rooms. Helpful staff. Pillows were really uncomfortable, though. Way too full and firm.

Avoid this place, stay somewhere else. This place is not even a hotel. There is nothing nearby and is not even close to the airport. Go somewhere else, any place is better than this one I only stay one night, thank God. Expedia should remove this place from their site

This hotel is good for family because it offers a full kitchen, even has rice cooking machine and a juice mixer. I like the spacious apartment with a large living room. This hotel is really by sea side good for a walk, but there is not much nearby. Only one restaurant one block away, and only a mini store at the gas station two blocks away.

Kids smoking crack around the conner, the room was semi nice, but you could taste the smoke in the room, pillows, towels and bedding. Beds were VERY firm. Would never stay here again.

First stay in hotel in Peru. Staff helpful. Expedia advert stated 25 Pen for taxi transfers but hotel charged 75 pen and credit card details were needed before arriving in Peru. The room was chilly at night (August). Kitchen was useful to make tea etc and the apart was spacious

The Inkari has great potential but fell short. The rooms were large and comfortable but the service was discouraging. My bill was higher than anticipated since the hotel desk informed me that they used an exchange rate different from the bank; she said this was common for hotels but I did not have this experience in three other cities. The hot water never functioned. My son sat on the toilet seat to wait for the hot water and the cheap seat cover broke. We were charged for it. We called in a pizza and at check out we were asked to pay for the local call. I will not stay at the Inkari again.

Location is not good. But most important Do Not Leave anythingin the room because you won't get it back even if you send someonethere to claim it.

We found the rooms comfortable and though we did not use the kitchen it was well appointed. The hotel offers everything you need. If I was going to stay more than a day I would use this hotel as a central point to go and see. Not too many frills but all you need at a very good price!!

T his is not the place for you if you like a clean room, floors dirty, marks on all walls, curtains etc all substandard. Staff try their best but I doubt they have the tools to work with. Noise from the streets was shocking car alarms going off all night then next morning you get woken by the public address system from the school right next door, a shocker for noise. Poor at dispensing towels to you room. No fridge, no kitchen and breakfast sub standard. A safe area around amongst local people, great. Miles from tourist areas and City Centre, hotel taxi reasonably priced but a common taxi much cheaper and just as good maybe not is as good condition though. This is by far my worst experience from information on Hotels site, they need to review this Hotel. There are 3 Inkari establishments and the others look as bad as this one was.My best advise don't stay here unless you are broke and desperate.
