Nice area found it strange no microwave in kitchen plus noisy below because of supermarket at very early times frying pan and other pans need renewed in kitchen plus first night got smaller room because of mix-up then had to move next day staff working there helpful.

Travelled from London to Germany for a friend's birthday party.
Lovely apartment pads and very clean. One of the beds was not great on my back, but that might just be my condition. My kids loved their stay and are keen to return.

Good stay, nice room with good facilities.
The check in was a bit odd though. I had only booked one room but they had received 2 reservation requests. Only one of these had been paid, and they initially expected me to come and pay for the second room as it was past the cancellation deadline. After some discussion they agreed that I would probably not have made 2 separate bookings for the same dates with different providers and cancelled the extra booking (with no charges).
I'd definitely stay here again, but would email ahead to confirm the booking with them to avoid a repeat of this mix up.

All good except hot water ran our after half a shower and no wifi - we expect better at this price.

I was on business in Germany, the way the apartment hotels are set up, it is very safe. Very comfy and just an awesome place to stay, the customer service is prompt and took very good care of the place. I will defiantly stay there the next time I go and I also recommend this place for anyone going to that location. Its also very economical for being an apartment. Love it! 10 thumbs up!

Well appointed apartment - comfy bed, comfy sofa, dining table/chairs (two in fact!), nice bathroom with washing machine also. Very useful being above a Lidl & a bakery - the Lidl is closed on Sunday, but the bakery was open (on Sunday) until noon & also served coffee & had tables. The S-bahn links direct to Essen for easy connection to DUS airport. Also, the tram stop (318 route I think) into central Bochum was only 30m from the hotel & ran all night. Not much going on in Dalhausen itself, but we were there to visit friends living locally, so this was perfect. Odd check-in process though (no check-in desk, just a phone).

A clean and pleasant apartment, and a good base for a business trip, although it was quite far from Dusseldorf and Essen, where we had meetings. But, that's partly the nature of the area.
There was very little around the hotel, but with Lidl downstairs and an Asian takeaway, it was quite possible to get some food in the evening.
The check-in process was OK, but I was glad we were warned in advance - it would be good to include on the confirmation email.

Convenient for us as we were visiting family nearby. We arrived late at night and spent just a short night at the hotel. Phone check-in to retrieve a code to pickup the room-key from their keycard system worked smoothly. The room was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable beds. Sofabed for 3rd person in standard room a bit hard. Nice modern bathroom, good shower. Free Wlan worked well, but only for 1 device at a time. Well connected by metro-train, in the weekends also night train. Overall good value, would come back.

Convenient location with bakery and grocery downstairs. Lots of free parking. Train, metro, and tram right outside front door. Room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Good value, especially for longer stays. Check-in procedure a little intimidating, since there is no onsite reception. Daughter helped out with German language. Not sure if English assistance was available.

Train autopilot"..which means there's NO deskclerk...or even a desk...or even an entrance. It's built over a store and you just won't get it unless you're expecting it. Tiny door with "airlock" experience if coming at night. Make sure they have your reservation DAYs in advance and don't expect any guidance on anything. Good place for longer stay where you can cook and enjoy quiet nights in an area less traveled.

Ideal for those who want to have a bit more space than a hotel room, especially if you like to be in the middle of the countryside for cycling and walking.
Bathroom and power shower was brilliant, washing machine and all usual items available. Underneath is a supermarket and bakery.
Local 318 tram only a few metres away and goes directly into Bochum central station so easy access to all areas.
