Accidentally stayed here as I thought I was booking the other AmericInn up the road. This one was OK, but definitely showing it's age. You can tell they have been doing updates, but doing them on the cheap. Example, the bathroom was painted, but it looked like a 5th grader was given a brush and told to have fun. The tub didn't drain fast enough and you were standing in 6 inches of water by the time the shower was done. I was given a "upgraded" room along the interstate, I heard cars/trucks all night long.

Clean sheets, good room. Hot tub was big and worked well! Safe parking since we had e- bikes on the back of our car.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The sidewalk was not scooped from the snow 2 day ago. There was no coffee in the breakfast area the food was like Luke warm people was putting it in the microwave to warm up. In our room the TV wasn’t working they had to come in to fix and it took over a hour after they were told about it. The lady get on the table did not work either.

The hall ways were dark and dirty. The pool was green and smelled like algae like a fish tank smell like. The hot tub was cold and smelled too. There were no vending machines.

We booked a queen room, received a full size bed. Tried to check in early (at 1:30) and were told we couldn't unless we paid $25, even though we were the only customers in site. Room was tiny and not exceptional. Morning employees were loud early in the morning. Young man who checked us in was had no personality or people skills. Would not go back again.

I like the parking and the size of the rooms. The breakfast was a variety of good choices. I like that some of the entrances are locked all the time. I thought the grass needed to be mowed on the one side of the lot. Like the closeness to a shopping center, to eating places, and to the interstate. I do not like the new street design. It is confusing to me.

Reserved a room for my dad while he was traveling to see us. He was very pleased with free breakfast, comfortable room, and convenient location.

Staff was nice,room was clean,beds were comfortable,breakfast was typical. We stayed for seven days and had problems with our door key every time we went to use them,management said it was where we stored them (next to phone,key fob,wallet) but I’ve never had that problem in any other hotel. I know they can’t control their guests but they can clean up after them. There was always trash in the parking lot and cigarette butts every where. The main problem with the key cards,very frustrating and a long walk from our room to the front desk to reprogram them. Would not recommend this hotel until these problems have been resolved.

This place is disgusting! The hallways are dark and creepy. The ice machine did not work, which is probably for the best since there was a large rodent trap sitting right next to it. Our room had a strong urine odor. The toilet had poop running down the side.

When my husband pulled into thr parking lot there were about a hundred construction workers loitering in the parking lot drinking and tailgating like it was a party hangout. He didn’t feel safe with I or our kids staying there. When we called to the desk to say we didn’t feel safe, they didn’t offer to stop any of them.

The whole reception area was turned into a labour agency where people who were applying were not a guest but were applying for a job occupated the area with lots of noice. Als running into the pool area for using the toilet disturbing the swimmers. They left garbage across the whole hotel especially outside are was filled with garbage chicken bones etc. They should set their priorities if they want to run a good hotel or not. Would never recommend this.

The desk clerk was kind and very helpful. He upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay!
