Breakfast could start earlier. 8:30 am is late if you need to leave early though they will pack a to-go breakfast the night before. WiFi did not work in our first room. Standing water in the courtyard and in fountains around town helps keep the mosquito population very high.

Staff are absolutely AMAZING! Nice breakfast. Awesome location a few steps from bus stop. Will definitely stay again...thanks to the wonderful ladies on the front desk that went out of their way to make us feel at home. Love!

Really nice location but mold in the roof of the room and a leaking shower spoiled the experience.

It was very relaxing and quiet. Ideal location very convenient for restaurants and parking our only disappointment was the wet room which was quite dangerous ie floor slippery and nothing to hold on to. Overall the hotel was excellent band we would definitely go again .

Arrived late afternoon, reception was open (it is not 24 hours). We were told that we were in their ther hotel round the corner, which was the C'an Vent hotel. Slightly disappointed but as we were only staying one night not a major issue. Lady on reception took us round to the hotel. Key pad entry system to hotel, which unfortunately we were given the wrong number, however we managed to find the receptionist to get the right one. Hotel is boutique/modern style. Room was large, clean and all in white, so no real character, nice big comfortable bed. The bathroom/toilet was only separated from the main room by a glass panel with some strategically placed frosted panels. Slightly strange. The air conditioning was not very good, had it on powerful setting but not much cool air coming out, also we were unable to get wi-fi while we were there. Breakfast is served in the cafe round the corner which was really nice. There is no parking at the hotel, but free car parking just over the road, which wasn't a problem. Overall stay was ok for one night.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms gave typical Mediterranean flair and are quite big and clean. The location of the hotel is very practical in the centre and a terrace for sunny relaxing is also there.

We love this place! Beautiful little hotel within Alcudias old town. Only issue is you need to park in public parking area just outside the walled town but it is only a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Lovely little restaurant directly opposite the hotel that is owned by the hotel. Great food and nice staff. We will most definitely return here.

Beautiful boutique hotel with restaurant opposite amazing food, comfortable beds etc. Would have liked tea coffee facilities in room but that is the only thing

The hotel suite(Apartment #2) was absolutely gorgeous. Located right in the middle of things, we could always feel the excitement of the town. All the things we love to do on holiday were right there at our doorstep. The hotel staff were genuine and very helpful. Checking-in and out were a breeze and the hotel staff had great advice about local day trips, events, cafes and sightseeing. We strongly suggest this hotel and want to say thank you again to the staff for everything they did to make us welcome and comfortable. I have to give them the top rating in all categories.

Very modest accommodation across the street from the main hotel with a very steep stairway being the only access. No evidence of fire safety. Noisy in the night due to thin walls in the building and its location above a restaurant. The exceptional reviews we read were misleading.

Only had 2 days there but excellently situated for our time there. Enjoyed hotel. Would certainly go back

The service from the young woman workin in the restaurant and the hotel reception was outstanding. She was so lovely, so competent. The room was great. The bath and bed were really good too. The food is great in the restaurant.

Friendly Staff on arrival, a little inconvenient that you have to go outside and come back in through the front door to go to the restaurant and bar. Good food and service. Good value for money. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable and for late November some extra bedding would have been good. Value for money, clean and friendly with good food.

Everything was great just a lack of tea/coffee making in room

We stayed in the best room (102) with our tour, then decided to stay on and moved to a smaller room, however we had a great view of a procession down the street a tradition in the walled city and woke up to a large market in the square, great location!

A spacious stylish room which matches the atmosphere of the local area!Room is studio type, so be aware of a bit of lack of privacy.The breakfast is nice served in the place next door.We had problems with internet connection in our room.Overall is definitely worth of a night spending there.

Fantastic hotel in great location

The location of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is situated within the walls of Alcudia and is only a minute walk from the free parking. The hotel building is original but the inside has been modernised. Very clean and modern feel.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's in the heart of the old city. We parked about 500m away and walked to the hotel. The restaraunt across the street is also ran by the hotel and was wonderful. The room itself was overly modernized. There were a lot of little things that could be done to improve the quality of the room. The finishing touches looked rushed and cheaply done. Overly modern. The wooden beams in the ceiling (top floor room) would have looked much better stained rather than painted white. The knots in the wooden beams left dark spots which just made the paint look dirty. The bed was average on comfort (fairly hard). The hotel had an ultra modern and stark feeling to it. Noise was no issue.

We have spent 11 nights in this cute hotel located in Alcudia old town, the 1st night was not that good since the AC in our room was not working and nobody was in the reception (something you will notice), so we had to wait until the next morning to report it. the staff is nice and friendly, the breakfast was OK nothing bad but we were not impressed either. the room and the bathroom were nice, fresh and clean. The food in Alcudia in general is nothing special, we have tried several of the recommended restaurants from Tripadvisor and we were not impressed to say the least. Tip: rent a car to be able to drive around and don't miss Fermentor beach !

Loved being in the heart of the old town. Only downsides to the hotel were for two friends sharing a room, the bathroom could have been more private and a second mirror would have been useful. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom area. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful and a good breakfast included in the price. Would definitely return to tis hotel.

Although a nightmare to find on the satanic, just aim for the ring road next to the old town walls and look for the big wood granite and glass library...it's just behind that 10m through the old wall on left. Met by the truly lovely Sagrad and Fatima whose definition of service with a smile and usually a laugh never failed to impress,by day two they knew my coffee habit and choices down pat. Lovely location for Sunday market and big church and 15 min walk to port. As I sit writing this in the terracotta courtyard waiting for transport home I'm glad I found this little gem...now just to pay..blast

A very modern, clean, small friendly hotel in the heart of the old town. The hotel is just inside the town walls very near a free car park. Continental breakfast was served in the café opposite and was one of the best I have had various meats , fruit etc. and omelettes and fried eggs cooked to order . There is a communal sun deck for catching the last of the day’s rays before a short stroll to Alcudia’s many eateries . I would certainly stay here again as well as recommend it as a base for touring Mallorca ( as we did ) .

Nice hotel. Stylish. Clean rooms. Good location. But breakfast was mediocre at best and never anyone on reception desk. No staff presence at the hotel. Those who worked at the restaurant owned by hotel over road were nice and helpful. All in all nice stay but left feeling should have gone self catering and saved some money! Next time would stay in pollenca old town!

Hotel was wonderful, a couple of minute's walk to the centre of the picturesque old town. Very convenient for the market (Sundays and Tuesdays) and public transport, both just outside the town's walls. Good central location for a walk to the unspoilt northern coast or more commercialised Alcudia Port
