Its in the hills and beautiful views and surroundings. Mall, casino and restaurants. Unfortunately it's about a 10 to 20 minute drive into town.

Staff very friendly

The hotel is very convenient for us as it’s connected to a Mall,Starbucks, and grocery store. The staff is polite and housekeeping is the sweetest. Expedia VIP doesn’t get room upgrades at this hotel, and only the suites have refrigerators.

Good bed, tv limited and only a few English channels. Morning in room coffee could have been better. All said it is a good balue for the price

What a view!!! This hotel is in the rich part of Morelia and hills. If you want to be away from town and in the mountains this is for you. Don't worry about amenities or shopping as it's next to a shopping mall and they have there own Walmart. A park and running trail and casino. As for hotel it was disappointing bed and shower good. Now the bad. Found hair in sink and whoever was the interior designer, what were you thinking? They have a cabinet too small to fit the ironing board. So it sits on wall. Then the mirror it has no light. Instead it has a glued on strip. How tacky. The room walls where all scuffed up and patched. No wash clothes provided. Good but disappointing

We have stayed in this hotel since it was Real Inn (A bit upscale), for some reason it changed to Fiesta Inn and we have noticed a degradation of the facilities, even the staff is still quite friendly and kind, the hotel seemed to be much more austere as time passed: Room doors don't isolate alley noise (And if there are other unconscious noisy guests) you will not be able to sleep, Screeching beds are something we didn't noticed in previous stays, at check in we wanted a minibar, but only Junior suites have that amenity, it seem those rooms were sold out, Freezing cold pool is another sad throwback which in the past wasn't happening, my daughter loved the warm pool they had in the past (If the hotel was sold out or close to max capacity, it's senseless not to have the pool water warmer). We really missed the nice hotel we stayed in the past, and even being close to a shopping mall and having vey kind staff, we may probably balance another options before choosing this hotel, which is a pity since few years back, staying in this hotel was a no-brainer choice.

The hotel is newer and in excellent condition. There is a large shopping mall right next door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel, including rooms and public areas is perfectly clean.

The blanket were dirty

Did not received any vip benefits. Didn’t even acknowledge or were mentioned.

at the beginning they gave me a terrible room with view at a wall and dark, but after complaining two times the next day they move me to a wonderful room with and excellent view of the city.
