The staff is fantastic.

The hotel is ok but the cleanliness wasn’t good. The breakfast wasn’t good as well.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. Everything is 10/10 except the bathrooms. I’ve stayed in four different rooms and every one has slightly different plumbing issues ranging from lack of hot/cold water control to over or underpowered plumbing. That being said, the staff has always been extremely accommodating and done everything they could to fix any issues. Great location, great price, great staff.

Basic clean hotel close to airport

The hotel was great. The only issue was the shower. Water kept switching between hot and cold during my shower.

Very capable receptionist. Internet really bad. Extremely loud night club in front of the hotel with music till early morning. Nice mall 5 min walking distance.

The bed was really confortable! The check- in took way to long, but other than that, it was a great stay!

I was charged for a landline to celluar call and there was no information or warning, also charged one night for cancellation and the website stated no charge for cancellation, recieved canned response or scripted reponse to 3 onquiries , name just inserted in standard denial letter of Cancellation..

I was charged a excessive amount for a landlone to cellphone call, there was no information given of incoming or outgoing calls landlines to celluar, one call was removed. I am not happy being charged the one night on a continuing stay. I cancelled a reservation and rebooked the reservation for the proper date, expdia website stated no charge for cancellation...and very unhappy with the"Canned Letter of the Hotel would not Credit the Night" and i recieved the same anned response on 3 inquiries , i no like canned responses and it was just a person inserting my name in a unconcerned respomse...

Nice, quiet , complete shopping near by within 5 minutes walking distance,, bus route to total city, many vendors, no pressure, fresh vegatables, hotel immaculately maintained

Pros: Wifi super fast! Air Conditioner Cold! Cons: Old Towels. One Elevator out of service. Warm water maybe. Several Cancellations by Uber drivers for pick up (not fault of Hotel, just location in one direction)

The only thing bad about this hotel is that it is not near anything. It is far from the historic city and water. Otherwise, it is very comfortable, beds were nice. Shower is powerful and Hot. Like that they gave me 2 bars of soap some hotels skimp on this. Hotel has a safe in the room and also a coffee/team maker which is a nice touch. Breakfasts are fairly simple. Fridge has nothing in it you have to go downstairs to get any items. There is a mall a few minutes away, but it is not a nice neighborhood. All in all a very nice hotel.

Excellent, clean hotel rooms. Best value for money, for sure! Only disadvantage is the location which is little bit away from the city center.

Been stoppping over in Belem for past 15 years and always dread it. So when I saw this hotel opened 9 months ago I checked out the reviews immediately. -ve reviews in Nov 2013 made me hesitant at first but No Regrets! Airport concession taxi fare to hotel is a regulated R$ rate (pay inside terminal) and return trip (ask front-desk to call cab) was ten reals less. Ride about 15 min. with light traffic. Everything looks new, nice and clean. We liked the shiny tiled floors everywhere incl in the rooms (good for those with allergies from carpets). Small fitness room. Quick walk to shopping mall along major road (so you feel safe with all the people around waiting for public transport). The mall had a cinema and a food court with McDonalds (this told us this is a major shopping mall). We of course tried a typical Brazilian buffet dinner instead (charged by weight) in one of the Brazilian restaurants at the food court and that was more satisfying. On walk back to hotel, bought fruit and bottled water in big Lider supermarket. Hot breakfast was very nice! Dont eat egg yolk and the server had the cook prepare fried egg white specially for me (used Google translate on free hotel wifi). Try getting a special egg order in a US HIE! Small sandwiches and small meat pastries were a nice touch that I didnt have in my weeks stay at a Monreale hotel in Campinas near Sao Paolo. This HIE will be my only Belem stopover hotel for the next few years!
