At check in, we were told that there were no parking spaces left in the garage since I did no reserve one for my stay, but there was no mention or option to do that on the Hotels.com posting. I ended up having to park down the street at another garage for a higher price. Also, the posting said that there was a coffee shop and deli on property, but when I asked the front desk they said that there used to be there but closed months ago. Everything else was fine with the stay, staff was very nice and helpful, the apartment was large and very good value for the money and located in a great part of town.

Lovely apartment , very spacious, etc. pity about the noise from the cobbles outside and fiddly light switches which make me leave behind my electric toothbrush causing a fortune to send it back.still haven’t got it back.

The Clipper Elb-Lodge is a quality aparthotel with very generous room sizes including well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended especially for those needing more space and/or staying for an extended period.

Very nice and spacious with a beautiful view towards the canal.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or you can go and explore the nice seafood restaurants down the street.

Excellent location near the harbour and Fischmarkt. Nice pubs and restaurants just outside the hotel. Easy transport with bus 111 from Sandberg bus stop. Very nice staff.

The apartment we had was lovely: great space and views. WiFi, coffee machine, separate toilet etc.
Few plug sockets we not properly attached to the wall. Could have done with more towels during our stay. Booked and paid upfront through Expedia - which was fine on check-in, however on check-out with a different person was told that we still had €19 to pay on the bill. Had to provide proof of upfront payment in order to not make that payment.
Other things: great location, easily walkable to anything you would need. The street the hotel is on can be very noisy with vehicles at night, so wouldn’t have the window open.

A problem with the electrical switchgear of the apartment was solved quickly with an apartment change. Good reaction time.

Nice spacious and modern apartment. Even though there are no usual hotel services available, like room service, breakfast etc.., those are not needed as everything is within walking distance. Apartment also has fully equipped kitchen for those who like cooking. Perfect location for exploring Hamburg, highly recommended!

The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the Black our curtains and electric shades. Great location with a wonderful Italian restaurant just across the street and many other options to choose from close by, for breakfast you can choose to use the cafe of the hotel or walk half a block to a bakery which great selections, fresh squeezed oj and indoor/outdoor seating.Easy bus ride (line 111) away from pretty much all major tourist attractions like Reeperbahn, Landungsbrücken, Hafencity and Speicherstadt.We will definitely be back.

We had an appartment with a view of the harbour. Just stunning. The appartment has all amenities even though they are not serviced every day. There is a free washing machine in the basement.

Very clean, upscale apartment hotel near the Hamburg Altona cruise terminal. Full kitchen, and separate living room / bedroom. Service was good. Not in the nicest part of Hamburg, but great if you are needing to get to the cruise terminal as we were.

Location was perfect for us- harbor, fish market down the street on Sunday (nice walk at dawn; mnay people out partying all night) and Konigstrasse S-bahn less then ten minutes up back steps. Liked privacy given by hotel staff- clean rooms and fresh air. It was loud on Saturday due to party atmosphere but this did not bother us.

A spacious and clean apartment. Within a walking distance to the fish market and beyond. Lots of restaurants nearby (Cafe Schmidt along the street is a fab place for breakfast). 7-8 minutes to the nearest underground station where you can pick up a through train to the airport, but the walk will involve a few steep steps (we managed fine with our suitcase though!)

We wanted a night in a hotel with not far to walk to the Reeper Bahn and fish market. This was the ideal place for us. The room or should I say apartment was excellent. Staff were lovely and it was spotlessly clean. A little bit more expensive than what we wanted to pay but once we got in there we could see why.

The apartment is very modern feeling, with a good standard of cleanliness. There were switches to control all the different lights and also the blinds, which could get a little confusing, and which seemed from time to time to refuse to work. The staff however were all very friendly and very efficient and coped with minor malfunctions very efficiently. Possibly the biggest draw back is that there is a cobbled road outside the hotel which means that the traffic noise is very significant. Overall it was a very decent place to stay and reasonable value for money.
