Stayed here for 2 nights, great location close to Berlin HBF. The room itself is small, but fine for one person. Very small tv and slighty hard bed with just one pillow. The restaurant services great chicken burgers and reasonable priced beers.

Chosen for its proximity to the main train station in Berlin, the hotel provided good value on other fronts. The staff are very helpful, the building is modern and well decorated. Public spaces are spacious and nicely furnished. The buffet breakfast is among the best we have had. My only critiques are that the room, while it had excellent storage, was small for two people to share for five nights. The chairs provided for seating in the room are very upright and rigid, as though one were waiting for an appointment. And the bathtowels are among the smallest I have ever seen at this price point - felt out of alignment with the overall quality.

Check-in and check-out were both very rigid and time consuming. There were obviously a lot of people as guests and way too few staff to handle demand. Gridlock followed. Room cleanliness was compromised by cleaning staff not emptying waste. Best feature was breakfast which was also crowded but of high quality

Very nice hotel, great location for doing things around Berlin. Everything in room and bathroom was very clean. Front desk was professional, and actually seemed to care about you as a guest!
Main train station is a five minute walk, where you can easily pick up tickets for public transportation.
Definitely would date here again.

A very central place for a stay in Berlin. I just stayed there for one night to visit a friend and a private event. It is located right next to the central station, which was a big advantage.

Everything was amazing and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m visiting Berlin, the only thing was that the tv didn’t work, it kept turning of when I turned it on. But loved the hotel room and breakfast!!

Close to the central station and walkable to many sights/ attractions. Convenient place to get around. Hotel staff are polite, friendly and professional. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet offers variety of food options. Would highly recommend as a base for a visit in Berlin.

The hotel is a block away from Berlin Central Station that makes it easier to get around the city and day trips. Close to many attractions walkable from the hotel. Hop on hop off buses (few selections ) just few steps away from the hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and professional in dealing with guests. The hotel has good size room and comfortable bed and clean with a big lobby sitting area and a bar/ cafe. It has a variety of breakfast buffet options.
Would highly recommend as a base for a visit in Berlin.

We had a hard time finding the hotel because we exited the Hauptbahnhof on the opposite side. It was very well hidden!

Nice basic hotel by the centfal station. Very clean and modern, with efficient check in. Walkable to some sights and easy connections to metro or domestic trains. There's a restaurant downstairs but its proximity to central station means lots of cheaper eats around. Room was adequate with a decent bed and bathroom.

Great location as it was a few minutes walking away from the central train station. This gave a lot of flexibility for getting to many location throughout the city. Personnel at front desk were very helpful. The only down side was that the room was not cleaned and restocked everyday.
