No signage to indicate that hotel parking is across the street. No secure spot to unload in front of the property. Adjacent to a methadone clinic. Room was decent size, clean with comfortable beds, but very sketchy from the outside

The loitering around the property was intimidating. Property had dirty hallways and my shower was dirty.

Did not at either restaurant, they have weird hours. So if I have to eat it in my room I'll order from pizza hut

The rates take advantage of people needing to be close to the hospital to visit loved ones. A party kept me awake and I had to call security which added to the noise. An intoxicated woman nearly fell on me by the elevators. My room was filthy, bed cover had old blood stain, walls had dried splash marks, bed skirt was filthy with dried stains. The experience contributed to the misery of my loved one’s health crisis rather than create a safe haven. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. They also showed us how to get to our destination thats close by and had dining recommendations. Our room was clean and tidy when we checked in and there wasnt alot of noise during our stay.

The hotel was right beside the hospital, and therefore really convenient for my early morning checkin to the hospital. We received a free upgrate to a suite on the top floor, and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was good except for the doing the elevator power check right before check out time making everybody late for check out and concerned there was a big problem going on.

Very convenient for the hospital it is attached to. Just a few steps from hospital back to hotel The staff were very welcoming.

I booked rooms through Expedia, and it was a pain to have to negotiate with them all the time about their price. Most of the time Expedia was the best price, but it was a pain to have to negotiate with the hotel about the price.

I had to stay for one day and one night there for my exam. It was a pleasant experience. The staff there are very friendly and co operative. They took care of all my needs and if I even had any question, they were ready to help and solve the problem. I would love to visit them again for their service and hospitality and for warm atmosphere. I would specially want to name them and thank them. Simran, Gurleen and Raj are doing exceptional work and thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome. Would love you visit you guys again. Thank you 🙏

Very insecure because you access your floor with your room key and once you swipe your key card anyone else just hops on the elevator and press any floor and the elevator delivers and stops at their floor. And was told by other guests in the lobby that they woke up with bed bug bites and many smokers and unsavory folks hanging in thd lobby or directly by front door smoking.

The extremely friendly staff. We had to take an emergency medical trip to Winnipeg and only stayed at the hotel for a few hours in the middle of the night. Checked in at 3am and left at 5:30am. The employee there was kind and compassionate and rooms were clean.

If you drive a truck there is only 2 parking spots that you have to pay 15$ for, rest is a really low parkade. Did not know when booking this hotel is connected to the hospital aswell so missed it the first time driving by, just disappointing about the parking scenario

Rooms where a nice size and clean, but was concerned that after 2 day housekeeping did not come in to even check the garbage cans.
On those 2 days housekeeping was in rooms near by. When I inquired about it to one of them I was told I would have to call downstairs and talk to the supervisor.
They did come and take out the garbage and brought fresh towels when i mentioned even having garbage removed.

Arrived late, felt unsafe with number of people milling around the entrance. Smokers near the entrance. Loud music in the lobby made it difficult to hear staff for check-in. All staff are unfriendly, not terribly helpful. No perks offered for VIP. Room was nothing special, it was spacious, bed was ok. Parking across the street was semi-convenient but the staff did not clearly explain validation process until check out and they were going to charge me even though I already paid (but eventually didn’t charge me). Location was fine for my purposes this trip. Probably would not stay again.
