The facilities were very modern and in trend. Friendly service and staff.

Not encountering staff at reception for the duration of my stay. Some guest being very loud at night.

dirty place. the room was not cleaned up at all. food and mess at the balcony, hair in the bed, garbage under the bad and sofa sheets were not changed , oven was not fo use how unclean it was, dishes not even washed just putet at the kitchen cabinet, tovels smell bad and it looks like they where just hanged from last guests. in this time when everything must be clean this place need to be closed. when we book this place we chose to pay at the property and when we came there and try to make payment with anothwr card they say that the guarantie card where already fully charged

The pillows were good. Toothbrushes were a nice touch.

Bed bug bites the next day. The towels were bad smelling. Directly next to a main road. The walls are the thinnest in any hotel we have stayed in and could hear a pin drop in every room on our floor.

For me the location worked at as the distance to my location for work worked out just fine. I need a place to rest for the evening and this location worked out just fine for that reason. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The internet was also very good for my needs I needed to upload files and it was good and easy without issues.

Absolutely brilliant! The owners are super friendly and welcoming and the staff very competent!

Pick the best room (luxury), but also had a look into all other options, all rooms look good. Very nice, clean, fresh hotel, stuff very welcoming and speaking also English.

Perfect location, did not book breakfast. Room amenities exceeded expectations! Will definitely stay again.

No Shampoo/shower gel in the shower. The shower appeared to have several functions that didn’t work. But those that did, were still awesome.
