Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Personal freundlich und es war einfach alles da was man brauchte. Einen nahe gelegenen Parkplatz konnten wir auch dazu buchen.

Es war ein sehr schönes, großes, im Stil des Hauses eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Altstadt und dem gegenüberliegenden Häusern. Auch das Restaurant (Frühstücksraum) war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und vom Gemüse über Fisch über Käse, Obst, Süsses........ war alles da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Wetter, aber dafür kann niemand etwas.

De ligging midden in de stad

Super nettes Personal. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Es fand gerade ein Fahrradrennen in der Stadt statt. Einige Straßen waren gesperrt. Wir hatten uns total verfahren. Das Hotel hat uns dann irgendwo im nirgendwo abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht… super Service. Immer hilfsbereit und nett.

Es gab nichts. Nur, wer bucht, sollte, wenn er mit dem Auto anreist, unbedingt einen Parkplatz mitbuchen. Es gibt weit und breit keine Parkplätze !!

Aircon was somehow limited and impossible to set. Was ok because 22c is ok for us. I think they stop guests from setting it too low to save energy, which is ok for us.

we had a large room with a balcony. the bed was big and comfortable staff were friendly and helpful

the room was very hot and the only way to control the temperature was to open the windows to outside which was 8c. the decor is dated and starting to look a bit shabby. restaurant was average at best. the pillows were awful

shower was a bit small (half glass on a full bath tub)

Restaurant was overpriced and of a very poor quality. Massage in the hotel was awkward and generally not good.

Very pleasant staff, breakfast and evening meals excellent. Great location. We had one of the refurbished rooms with a town view. Could not fault this hotel

Nothing, we liked everything.

The hotel is located in Tržní Street, right next to the fountain of the colonnade. As soon as I arrived at the reception, I was surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The interior of the Hotel is cozy, restful and clean. The Exclusive Double Room on the fourth floor overlooking the Colonnade Fountain was amazing. The room has a TV, radio, coffee set, fridge and safe. The room is equipped with a separate bathroom with a bathtub and sanitary facilities. Pleasant restaurant service, professional approach and communication in several world languages. Dinner - the possibility of choosing from the À la carte menu, where lovers of fish, meat and salads can choose. I ordered a starter - fried shrimp on garlic butter and toast. As a main course, strips of filet steak with vegetables and potato pancakes. Breakfast is served as a buffet with a rich and varied selection of hot and cold dishes. As a former chef, I could not fault the kitchen. The food was excellent. There are many interest and beautiful views of the city in the vicinity of the hotel. I had a very pleasant feeling and was very satisfied during my stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it 🙂 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have been staying at this hotel many times over and always come back. Very friendly stuff and service-minded staff - all special request I had were met. Breakfast buffet is exceptional with a lot to choose from, and room is always clean and quiet.

A comfortable traditional hotel located near the river that runs through the valley, within easy walking distance of the various springs, shops and restaurants. We had a spacious room with good seating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen anywhere in Northern Europe; very varied in terms of content ( we were there 3 nights and there were new items each day), carefully presented and well managed by attentive staff .

We found it difficult to reduce the heating; 23 degrees is not our ideal bedroom temperature and we resorted to sleeping with the windows open which isn’t good from an energy saving point of view.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, central location and the rooms for family in one corridor. Parking controlled by the hotel and entry.

This place is so old world charming in the middle of town and close to everything. The staff were so helpful with information on transport etc, especially Monika and Blanka. The beds were the most cosy and comfortable we had on our whole holiday and it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from and the restaurant was great. Highly recommend.

I liked the atmosphere - it was clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. The hotel it's placed in the middle of the city with a great view.

I was thinking that they have a swimming pool but instead they had a great deal to the thermal pool and sauna it was about 10 min walk along the river - such a great experience.

Excellent location, great views, stupendous breakfast, down duvets, lovely staff, the knight on guard outside our window (see photos!) I gave it a nine because scores of ten are supposedly unreliable. I think they should allow 9.9 in this case...
