Room was perfect size, amenities. Was a little stuffy for a non smoking room.

Very convenient to Portland and the outlet stores and LL Bean stores. There’s two locations for this property, that’s not fully disclosed on the site. Staff are helpful and the location is well taken care of.

Area is quiet

The hotel allows pets for a $30 charge per night which odds fine if it is clearly advertised. Since they choose to allow such, I would expect them to apply the appropriate cleaning measures for those who might stay afterward with pet allergies, especially since booking through here the day of is non refundable. The room section was fine, but the bathroom smells horribly of cat piss which is presumably dialed into the wood trim. Of course, until this is remediated, it will only get worse as each subsequent animal that stays here will continue to piss in the bathroom trying to cover the other animals scent!! We shut the door for the night and that seemed to help but fifteen minutes in the bathroom in the morning for a hot shower destroyed my allergies!!!

Perfect stop on our way up to Acadia. We were in the building overlooking the lake and it was so peaceful. Great area for the dogs to walk around and very friendly staff.

Decent place for the price

The first day when we walked in the room there was a very strong chemical smell as if they had just shampooed the carpet. the smell lasted the whole time we were there (5 days). There was no water provide and they never cleaned our room. They came once to clean but it was 8am when we were sleeping and never came back again. There was a dog barking almost every night. The carpet on the hallway was dirty as well. I will never go back to this place

Ants and bugs in room. Parking was bad. So not offer a continental breakfast for these prices.

Clean rooms plenty of hot water clean towels and plenty of them.

Transient property.

Number one asked for a handi caped room when booking not one. The fridge had mold and did not work. The beds were hard as rocks. The floor was dirty walking around on the floor had to use baby wipes to clean my feet before getting into bed. The pool was also broken!!! In July!!The price we paid totally not satisfied.

Loved my ground floor room

The pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing for the kids, but we were generously upgraded to their riverfront building by the muddy rudder. The rooms and the view were beautiful and the building seemed much cleaner. It was a great stay overall.

Very good hotel we had a clean room on the first floor the pool was not open but it didnt matter to us . Grace our cleaning lady did a great job .

Beautiful property. Lovely room. Quiet.

The room and hotel was VERY clean and comfortable. There were no problems with the WiFi, and our room window looked out onto the gorgeous marshlands. Our only issues were small: the room's Keurig coffee maker didn't work, and the bathroom sink plunger didn't work. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Upper parking lot kind of tight getting in and out of spaces if cars on both sides.

Online site indicated all pets welcome. We got to hotel to find out there was a $30 charge. Not impressed!

Stayed here as we were passing though the area, it’s an older motel and could definitely use some upgrades but it’s ideal for just passing though

It’s was wonderful and everyone was very nice

Pleasantly surprised at the updated room and calm area. Only real issue was the unit upstairs - we were on the 1st floor and you could hear every single step from above and thumping all night. Not sure if sound proofing is needed or if the people were just super heavy-footed but unfortunately it ruined 2/3 nights for us. We would definitely stay here again though - would just recommend asking for a top floor unit.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay and the room. All was first rate including some high quality and fluffy towels. I unreservedly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed for a night because we came up for a comedy show. Everything in our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean and friendly. Beautiful view if lake.

Stay was great until power went out. I understand it was not the hotels fault but it got cold sleeping and the blankets on the bed were not very heavy.
