Great hotel in a safe location close to Zoo Station. It's modern and a bit quirky with a popular rooftop bar which was busy but with a nice atmosphere. We had a Jungle Room overlooking Berlin Zoo, Tiergarten and the Berlin skyline, and is by far the best view we've ever had in the many times we have visited Berlin.

Waiting time at the reception desk too long and the wall in the room was broken. Otherwise it is a very nice place!

A very Hip hotel. Very well located. The staff was very nice.
Neni restaurant is amazing for Breakfast and Dinner! The Monkey Bar is a definite must, views are amazing, beutiful terrace, crowd is fun,music with DJ sets is a plus, service is prompt and the cocktail are "on point"

A wonderful full of wonders place, cool, young, unconventional with a beautiful scent, centrally located next to the Bikini and the Gedächtniskirche. Nice staff. Cool rooms with superheavy sound and break-in proof doors. Workstations in the lobby (not used but top Apple stations). Monkey bar at night, Neni restaurant with wonderful breakfast buffet and view onto the zoo in the morning.
PS: just one concern: a disaster waiting to happen: the bathroom has very e very nice soap and shampoo brand, but they come in glass bottles that have no hard rails and could easily slip and break in midst of taking a shower… pls do something before that happens!!

Super fun hotel, but filled with tiny and not-travel-friendly flaws....no place to put your luggage, and i only travel with carry-on. So it gets set on the only place to sit down in the room. And there is a DANGEROUS dip in the floor next to the bed where you can literally catch your foot as you get out of the bed. AND the elevator broke, so the climbs up and down to the 8th floor were great for fitness, but a bit of a discomfort. Would probably stay here again anyway because the staff was awesome. But c'mon -- when a hotel works SO hard to be cool and hip and such, it would work just as hard to actually be COMFY and traveler-friendly.

The service at the fromt desk my Meri and Fritzi was outstanding. Loved their can-do attitude and customer centeic approach. And no matter whether there is an issue, these ladies just fix thigs. Way to go🙌
The location is good and the view to the Zoo is nice. Book the bigger room if available and if you are into nice views, take the jungle look. Worthwile.

Great place to stay if like bar , club, restaurants etc. the only downside was mattress not comfortable also very noisy.

Stayed in a room zoo view, and didn’t have a hammock not like in the pic
No coffee/tea in the room, free mini bar - two beers, a beverage, a chocolate bar, and a small snack
It was my second visit in a month, liked the location and atmosphere.

Cool hotel but their opening times for the sauna and coffee bar are wrong and the information in the booklet in the room is outdated so didn't get to use the sauna, which I was looking forward to.

Most extraordinary view from our room on the 9th floor! Really enjoyed the hammock. Fantastic sauna too. Super friendly staff with great recommendations. Good location for getting around. Though the bar and restaurant makes you want to stay at the hotel 😂 some problems with the room - difficult to fix (water dripping for ceiling), but didn’t ruin more than the aesthetics.

We had a great stay at bikini. The environment is so quirky & creative. Everything is well thought through. The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was really comfortable and it was nice to have a free mini bar! Great location too and we’d definitely love to be back! Oh and the monkey bar & Neni are an added bonus! Love this hotel!

BOOM, BOOM, BOOM -- on weekends the Monkey Bar turns into a disco and the bass comes down to seventh floor and lower. Don't get a room on that side. At midnight I had to switch rooms because it was unbearable.

Liked the room and the view , big windows great but makes the room cold. Coffee bar rarely open / weird hours but coffee was delicious when open , when we had the room cleaned they just picked up the dirty towels didn’t replace monkey bar - nice view nice seevers fun energy but watery drinks , restaurant delicious but servers seemed stressed but good view , area was kind of like Hollywood or Disneyland or the dells so good if that’s what you’re looking for. Not horrible but not great overall wouldn’t stay here again

It's a great location - close to public transportation & it seemed safe to me. I had to walk (alone, and I am a woman) from the train station to the hotel (5 minutes) at midnight with my suitcase in tow, and I didn't feel unsafe at all.
When I got to my room, it was really hot, and I could not get the air to turn on. I went back to the front desk and the woman there was very apologetic and got me a new room right away. She even came up to the new room to make sure it was ok .
The rooftop bar is amazing, the food at the hotel restaurant is very good. If you like hummus, definitely get the trio with the freshly made pita bread!
I would stay here again!

If you want to sleep this is not your hotel to choose . The music is so loud you can’t sleep at all . It’s like you are in party, boom boom all night . They said 7 floor is not noisy and we stayed there with a child it’s a party hotel . They should inform the guests so they can choose to spend 400 dollar to have your head explode . Very upsetting .

The hotel has an excellent location next to zoo station and in the zoo area. The rooms are as per photos, we had large jungle rooms, only observation would be a put-up bed was needed for the second bed - the bed settee wasn’t really functional. This wasn’t a problem though.

Awesome and unique hotel! We stayed in a medium jungle room and asked for a hammock which we got on the 8th floor. We had a spectacular view overlooking the zoo and some of Berlins tall sights.
Our second night it was very loud music from the Monkey bar on the 10th floor but the staff was very helpful and helped us change rooms and we ended up on the 4th floor, closer to the monkeys but unfortunately not much of a view but at least it was quiet.
Don't forget to open the window to listen to the animals from the zoo.
Other than that, and the hard beds, our stay was awesome!

Nice location good for the zoo and an excellent breakfast. Nicely quirky place with lovely views from the bar/restaurant. Only downside was our room was on the 9th floor which meant lots of scraping of furniture above us from the bar and restaurant. I would ask for a room lower down if I was visiting again.

The room was fine and the free mini bar (only twice no matter how long you stay) was a nice surprise. The location was very out of the way for most sights in Berlin though there are a number of transportation options nearby. Check in and check out were very slow and disorganized. The monkey bar bouncer was extremely obnoxious and rude to all people coming through the front door in the evenings.
