Great location and beautiful apartment

Jenny the Manager was friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking your own meals. The location was excellent, right across the road from the beach, and a few restaurants/pubs/clubs within walking distance and only a 3 minute drive to the shopping centre and 5 mins drive to the Big Banana.
Carparking underneath the building is a height limit of 1.8m leaving anyone with a taller vehicle parking in the secure yard at the back which is great that they have this but unfortunately there were only 8 spaces available and there were vehicles that could fit underneath also using the secure yard leaving larger vehicles with nowhere to park most of the time and having to find on-street parking which is hard with the pub and bowling club being across the road.
I would stay here again but I would make sure we brought our smaller car.

The only problem we found was there was no Foxtel, we had to go to the Hotel to watch the football. This was not a huge deal but it would have been nice not to have gone out in the rain.

Had a weekend away from COVID-19 was still a few restrictions but enjoyed our time, loved the unit, the view and the size, will definitely stay in that unit again.

Good location for my business needs. High, with a view.

I had several bites each night - from the lounge I think.
No screens on windows, windows malfunctioning, old.
Property looks and feels old.

Great place to stay. We only stayed for 2 nights whilst we awaited and visited a new grandchild so did not make full use of all amenities. Plenty of room, very clean with all that is needed for an extended stay and having two bathrooms was an added bonus. Tradewinds is close to the Bowling Club which we have found always has good reasonably priced food.

First time staying in Coffs Harbour, lovely place to holiday however where we stayed was reasonably dated and fairly basic. On the positive the apartment was spacious and clean however the pillows were very thin, the hot water unit was tiny and we ran out of hot water and there was no television in the bedroom.

The hotel was in a convenient spot close to the water & close to pubs, clubs, cafes & shopping. Plenty of space with all that's needed for a holiday of a week or longer.
It was advertised to have air conditioners but this wasn't working for our entire stay & we were not offered any reimbursement at any stage! there was also scheduled drilling & building works happening in the building for our entire stay which was never mentioned to us until arrival & the room was booked close to our period of stay.
All in all quiet a good value room if you take out the building works noise & if our a/c had worked

Well equiped apartment. Kitchen is good but dated and lacks dishwasher - but there are cheap eats at the pub across the road. Air conditioner in the living room does not cool the bedrooms. There are fans to help cool the bedrooms.

The rooms where clean and well presented, however the shower needed cleaning along with the windows. Also some of the crockery and cutlery that was left dirty.

The apartment block was in prime location for great food music cafes and the gorgeous beach. The apartment was beautifully kept and had all the comforts of home.

three nights stay. the apartment was a 2 min walk to the beach. Cross the street was a restaurant/bar which had great daily specials. drove down to Boambee beach, must see, had aa good time.

Nice apartment needs a few things fixed like lounge is sunking needs upgrade and screws loose on dinning chairs. But room as a whole spacious and comfortable needs a larger Airconditioner. Managers were great pool is nice but spa didn't work could be great place if things were maintained. Will try again

tea and coffee sachets but no milk - not even 2 long life single serves! toilet paper, insufficient for our 3 day stay no tissues, - no blow dryer and after several attempts couldn't access Wi-Fi. Asked for help which wasn't very helpful.
we're pensioners who'd driven 5 hours to arrive at the Tradewinds, looking forward to a hot drink. had to go straight out and find milk, then asap find a supermarket to purchase toilet paper and tissues. tough if we needed a blow dryer.

Have stayed here in previous years always in the same 2 bedroom apartment because of its great views. This year however we arrived with usual extra photographic luggage and found the second bedroom ( which we paid for) was locked. Could not find anyone to explain this so did not have the use of it over the five days/ four nights stay. Bit cramped because of this.
Also, unlike other years , we found this year there was an unusual amount of disturbance/noise on the street outside which permeated clearly through our 5th floor apt.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to shopping centre, restaurants, and directly across from the beach...although was very noisy late into the night as the pub is across the road also. The room itself was very spacious and very clean, would be great for a long stay as it is equipped with everything you need to be self sufficient. My only complaint with the room itself is that we payed and stayed in a three bedroom apartment only to find the third bedroom locked due to the fact that our party of four guests could be slept in the other two bedrooms....we travelled with five other families and we all came across the same situation in all of our rooms...I feel that if I book a three bedroom app then I should get all three bedrooms regardless of how many guests stay... But overall would definitely book again.
