Solid stay as usual. Good location on Kirkwood. Easy access to the local restaurants. 15 min brisk walk to the football stadium to cheer on #13 IU & to take in ESPN game day.

Great convenient location. Parking on site is great. Very easy to walk to campus and a number of restaurants, etc. Large rooms, really comfortable stay.

Loved my stay at Hyatt Place Bloomington, Indiana. People were super nice, room was very comfortable, loved the location of the hotel and I loved the breakfast. Tv was really new and had a ton of channels! Parking was $16/day but that is to be expected on a college campus. There are many shops and places to eat on Kirkwood Ave., so I didn’t even need to drive. Highly recommend this hotel!

Some bars across the street where patrons got out of hand & were loud. Otherwise a very nice hotel. Would stay again.

Never a good start when you check into a room and twenty minutes later someone else has a key to your room and comes in as the hotel gave you both the same room. Very scary and unsafe. When asked the front desk they said “it happens”. Also bar open but no bartender as they said they were in a meeting with the GM.

All terrific save one thing: the room door stick and the only way to close them is loudly. One of our pet peeves during hotel stays. If anyone gets up at 4 am, everybody gets up at 4 am.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Beds were comfortable.

There was no parking and we had to park 2 blocks away. We are moving our son into college. We have a pickup truck and were unable to secure our things. We called the hotel to confirm parking and they said yes. We arrive and they didn’t have any. We had to go out at 11pm to find tarps to and bind our items. This was unacceptable. They said they couldn’t give us a credit bc we booked through Hotels.com. Please issue us a discount

We were in Bloomington for a visit of Indiana University. We arrived early to explore the city and the location of Hyatt Place Bloomington was perfect.

Horrible parking. The garage is off of a very narrow alley and getting in and out of the garage was extremely difficult/tight. We have a Chevy Silverado. Parking spots were very small and then they tack on $16/night.
Bed/pillows very uncomfortable for our taste. Extremely firm mattress and the pillows felt like I was laying on a brick.
Dirty walls/ceiling. Shower was a joke. NO water pressure!

We had to shorten our booked stay. There was no offer to help with any type of refund. No attempt to help. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. We love the location. But, due to this scenario, we may be forced to choose somewhere else.
There should be a visitor friendly way for your staff to accommodate this type of request.

Very nice staff. The rooms were not updated (no alarm clock, smart TV, or USB plugs). There was sticky-looking substances on dresser and end table. There was an unpleasant smell in hallways.

The facility was good and the staff was friendly. Something I did not like is that we have to pay extra $16 dollar for overnight parking not including in the reservation. This is something that you have to consider while doing tour reservation. On the streets around the building you could park but you have to use a parking meter.

We usually stay at Hyatt when we travel. This one was very mediocre compared to most of them that we stay in.

You have to pay for parking daily in the parking garage that is Hyatt’s parking garage and the free breakfast is probably one of the worst ones I’ve had unfortunately. The pool was super clean and the staff was really nice. Our room was clean and nice as well. Actually had decent shower pressure for a hotel.
