This absolutely gorgeous boutique B&B is wonderful! This was a last minute booking and we really had no idea what to expect. This palazzo has been in the Borsari family for longer than they can remember. It has been exquisitely decorated, and is situated on a gorgeous street, with high-end shops. Walk out the door and go in any direction to find shoes, restaurants, and historic sites. Verona is an imminently walkable city to begin with, and this B&B is near it all. The breakfasts were wonderful- best croissants ever, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, coffee and eggs to order. Can’t think of a single negative thing to say, we will go back!

Sorry to say that I didn’t get to stay there because of a lack of organization... check in is from 3 to 7 pm and they send me an email about the keys being in some sort of a mail box 10 minutes before they close the doors and I stay outside with a poor connection not aware of this email so had to find another hotel... And on top of that they won’t refund me , because I wasn’t or didn’t read very well, like I’m being punished...thanks for nothing Bonanza residence

Wonderfully located, gracious vintage building with large and comfortable public spaces. This boutique hotel is about 5 minutes from each of the two major piazze. Important sights, shopping, cafes and restaurants are all close by. My room had plenty of space, including a small balcony, and double sinks in the bathroom. Lots of storage, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and dependable WiFi. Breakfast had everything you could want, including farm-fresh eggs provided by Luigi, the owner and a very charming guy. Rebecca, who runs the day-to-day operations, is also very kind and helpful.

We had no hot water in our room. We complained each day (we spent 3 nights there), the problem was temporarily cured, but resumed shortly thereafter. I was never able to take a hot shower. No discount was provided, even though we made the request.

The apartment was reasonably well appointed. Once you managed to get in and find where reception was(2nd floor which isn't apparent) the service was good. Well stocked mini bar. Tea/coffee supplied bit no milk. Overall 8/10.

A fantastic location in the heart of the city. The room was lovely and spacious. The staff were very friendly and put on a fantastic breakfast. The room also had lots of useful information for us to maximise our time. Overall i would certainly recommend to others.

Excellent stay and very convenient location in Verona. Could not fault the service and we arrived after a late flight. Would love to stay again if in Verona.

Fantastic place to stay with bags of character. Rooms were clean, spacious and magnificently decorated. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Location was spot on with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Great stay!

Great experience Like living in Verona

The hotel is close to the Arena as well as to the sights in the other direction. It is comfortable, secure, and accommodating. Rebecca, the receptionist, breakfast cook and host is tremendously helpful and cheerful.

The staff were so friendly with a great breakfast buffet in the morning to suit all tastes (including freshly made croissants!). So much attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable. We were going to the Opera and its no more than a 5-10 minute walk to the LArena. One of nicest hotels Ive stayed in. The online brochure provided by Luigi and Vera recommending restaurants is SO helpful. Italian food deserves its reputation for being outstanding but in touristy places like Verona, there are bad restaurants serving bad Italian food. The restaurants and bars recommend are amazing, with authentic and reasonably priced meals. Most of all, these restaurants and bars are full of Italians (which is the real test!). Toured the city, ate at top-rated restaurants and walked through markets. Much fun!

Amazing, well located, quite quirky but if you want to feel like you are in Verona this is the place. Not an anonymous business hotel where you could be anywhere. Fantastic service and thoroughly enjoyable

Very nice area near everything and hotel owners and staff were very accomodating

Was really looking forward to this and was expecting more for 300 Euro's a night. The setup is strange as the caretaker disappears once you arrive, so if the mechanical access fails you will be locked out. Breakfast was the best experience and was well done. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny with a shower that had seen better days....not what you would expect for this money. The Giulietta room was nice, clean but not worth the money.

I loved this cozy B&B! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the location is absolutely perfect! There is only one thing I dont like in general is to have to share a bathroom, but fortunately there were no other guests in the adjacent room. Everything else was great!
