Excellent staff, clean and comfortable. Hard to find on Google maps. You can miss it more than once, I did! LOL! I Think what fools most navigation is you are supposed to turn at a Toyota dealer, but it is not large, and not much signage, so you miss the turn.

Rooms are old, like 20 years old but the point is the maintenance is bad you can see the bathroom falling apart, the floors, pretty much everything. The hosts are awful. They act like they are doing you a favor. Only one elevator was working which mins 15 minutes average to go up or down. Don't stay here is not worth it

El hotel One está cerrado y me movieron al Fiesta Inn que está a un lado. Me respetaron el precio y el hotel está 10/10.

Un buen servicio, lo único que nos preocupo un poco es que el hotel se veía lleno y en el servicio de desayuno todo fue muy lento y no había donde sentarse

The hotel was more than I expected for the price. Clean, modern, great choices, great breakfast choices... very happy.

The service was great but the rooms were not clean. F!irst room had hair in every counter, floor and night stand. If that wasn't enough it had bodily fluids all over the floor near the TV. The second room was cleaner but still had hair in the bathroom faucet and hair dryer extension cord. We were exausted so decided to sleep fully
dressed on the bed.

The staff was great and very helpful recomending places to visit or for dinner. The room was very clean and ready when we arrived.

Check in was slow and trying to find someone who spoke english was frustrating. Rooms were very very small. This hotel is designed for people in town working and not for tourists.

Room was to small, bed said it was a double but it was twin. The room was not very clean, found a few hairs in the pillow.

The staff is really what makes the hotel so good. Friendly, helpful and on the ball. If I return to Queretaro I will definitely stay at One Queretaro Centro Sur.
